E.Expo : Do NOT buy! Will cause a FIRE! Used and Damaged!

This impulse sealer was Used and Damaged before even turning it on. The pictures will show the damage and it had something rattling inside, I opened it up and it was a Large spring rolling around inside. When I plugged it in, it sparked and caused the tape to burn a line through and it briefly caught FIRE and almost burned my house down. Stay away for safety reasons.

I just bought a whole bunch of items during this past Black Friday/Cyber Monday deal. I have yet to write a review until I opened this item... it is clearly used... it has scratches all over the place, the panel where egg indicated light is even slightly lifted on one of the sides. When I first saw a couple scratches ok, I’ll give it like 3 stars, but then I kept coming across them so I decided 1 Star, since that’s the lowest it goes. It does work at least and comes with the extra parts so that’s cool. But it was packaged well, so unless someone there really doesn’t care about product handling, this item is 100% used. Highly Disappointed in that.

We used this machine to seal mylar bags for our small coffee operation. Once I figured out the right setting it worked pretty well. For about a week. Now when I press down to make a seal the light turns on as if it's going to work, but the bag is not sealed. We sealed about 30 bags before it died. Waste of money.

So, both sealers I got were used.
The one had the right box, but wrong sealer in it with knots tied in the cord!! There was actual zip ties sticking out of the bottom.

The replacement has a huge dent in the metal where it looks like it was dropped, and it makes a noise when in use.

Very frustrating. If I were to do it again, I'd buy a different brand.

We bought this at the end of December 2019 and it only lasted 5 months. It now burns through all of the elements no matter what the settings are on. If you turn it down to where it does not burn the elements, it will not cut through the bags.

I bought this on January 12th, 2020, it's March 12th now and this morning my machine nearly caught on fire!! There was a line of fire across the part that heat seals!! I am SO disappointed!! I do not recommend this product at all. It worked fine at first and then stopped sealing on one side only to lead to the fire incident this morning. Don't waste your money!!

The push down part isn’t lined up correctly so it doesn’t seal evenly. Extra wires were nice but I can’t really use the one I have because of how it’s alignment is. The item was cheap and hoped to use it to seal 3” Mylar bags. It’s not very effective. I plan on paying the money for a top brand instead of wasting money on cheaper made and assembled products.
