Answer: Don't know the kind of ink, but we have had it for 2 or 3 years (sets out in sun in the boat) and it has not faded.

Answer: Nope this is a waste of your money brother

Great ruler. Extend to where you want it. Only issue for me was the 90 degree piece at the start sticks. Have to be careful not to break it when putting it up.

It is ok. A little flimsy but folds nicely. I think it is good for measurement within 1/4" because there is a little play between the joints.

I bought this for my husband and we were super disappointed when it arrived. WAY overpriced for the quality. It is made out of plastic and feels extremely flimsy. The hinges where it folds feel wiggly and feels like something is going to crack immediately. Definitely not made to endure tough conditions. Would not attempt to use this in the winter as it would definitely snap... Will be returning.

My only critique is that you have to open it to measure a fish—even a smaller one. I would have designed it to have the smaller values on the outside so you could measure a fish without opening the entire thing

Good product...works well. Folds and fits in the glove box in my boat. Like that the number are large so they show up in pictures I take of the fish on the ruler.

Bought this as a like for like replacement of the last board that lasted 8 years. There don't appear to be any long 60"+ bp boards on the market, so it's nice Rapala still makes it for people who like catching BIG fish.

Flimsy. It does not snap into place. It is just hinged. Not useful for kayak fishing.

Only used it once but does it’s job. It is bulky when folded up but any ruler that is this long will be big when folded. Happy with the purchase!

The measurements are inaccurate. I tried many different tape measures and they were all off by a quarter inch. I contacted the company and they suggested to exchange it. That is what I did and it had the same problem. I returned both and will be looking at different companies.
