Is this for bass?

Answer: I don't know what the intended use was for by the designer and manufacturer. I will tell you I use it for largemouth and smallmouth bass in California. I use it to drop down to the bottom and jig it up and down as you would any other spoon where I just left and lower the rod and I get strikes on it all the time and bring up fish.

If you love getting hooks in your lip, you'll love the taste of this minnow jig. Well made and great realistic look. Makes a great earring for Burning Man and I hear they catch fish too. Be careful using these on a kayak because with all the hook vectors it will catch on everything. Expect to be hooked to your landing net, pants, glove, sock, rope lines, hand and walleye at the same time more than once.
