Do these bags work with the Cuisinart vacumn sealer system?

Answer: I've got the cheap white & orange Chinese vac. sealer, and they work w/ it.

Answer: I have never used a Vacmaster chamber vacuum but I did look at the product website and user manual. The bags that are sold specifically for the Vacmaster look the very same as the OutOfAir bags sold on Amazon. The OutOfAir bags come in different sizes, are 4 mil thick (thicker than Vacmaster bags) and state they can be used with Vacmaster on Amazon website. I recommend these bags.

Answer: Yes. The gallon size would be the most useful. It would not make the rice last forever but would keep dust, moisture, bugs and whatever else out of the rice until you needed it. I've used these for storing four.

Is it smell proof?

Answer: It acts as a barrier for molecules that we use for smell just the same as it acts as a barrier for air molecules. Holding a vacuum, it also holds the smell inside. On the other hand, the microworld is super tiny and there can always be smell traces simply from the bag's handling when vacuuming. For example, a bag holding fish may still smell a bit of fish due to how it was handled when vacuumed. I hope this helps!

The Vacuum seal bags arrived in a timely fashion 150 of them in 3 sizes. The seller asked me to leave a review, so I will, but I have only used 3 bags, but they were all fine. That is the problem with doing product reviews on consumables used over time...We never know until much later if any will fail. I would have given 5 stars if none of them lose vacuum, but since I will not know that for a long time, 4* across the board is the best I can do. From all I do know, they appear fine.

These bags are amazing! I use them all the time with my FoodSaver vacuum sealer. The bags are thick and offer room for my sealing needs. They hold the seal with frozen food and provide protection against freezer burn. They have a nice size white space on the bottom of the bags to write contents and date. These are great replacements for the FoodSaver brand bags. They are higher quality - thicker that the Foodsavers I've used in the past. They make an excellent seal - no worries about air leak. The gallon bags are really big so be sure you need them. In hindsight, the quart bags are more than enough for sealing 1-2 lbs of meat which is the amount that I normally vacuum seal.

I bought the quart and gallon size combo for my Geryon E5700 vacuum sealer and they worked super fantastic. I liked them even better than the bags that came with the machine because they had a nice white space on the bags where I could use a pen to wright the contents and date. Also said that they were microwaveable, boilable, can freeze and BPA free. Will reorder these again when I run out.

I like the look and feel of the bags, but find that maybe 1 in 3 I need to fidget with, re-seal the pre-sealed bottom, and work too hard to get it to actually vacuum seal. And then about 1 in 5 seem to be a lost cause and I end up dumping the contents into another bag and toss the original. For the ones that work as expected they're great bags but the failure rate has me looking elsewhere for my next batch.

I just used two quart sized bags today, just a couple of days since receiving. The bags (50 gallon and 50 quart) are substantial thicker than the Food Saver brand. I cooked about 3 pounds of chunked fresh chicken in my pressure cooker and split the batch in two for freezing and using at a later time. The bags sealed well and I am pleased with my purchase. I will probably use the gallon size less, but I am happy this size seems to be larger than the Food Saver bags. I like that the bag is ready to fill and use rather than having to a closed end before I even start. Highly recommend this item.
