Answer: Sorry we do not have spare heater. However if your order is still within warranty and the heater is defective, we may replace it for you.

Answer: Dont bother, these machines are so cheaply made-it’ll stop working after a few cups. I went through a few of these, terrible terrible.

This machine looks exactly like the other that says it does the 20oz cups... Can this machine seal the 20oz?

Answer: It really depends on the cup, I know right now i have the 16oz one and it works amazing!!! 95mm i believe, and you can get them in 20 or 24 oz as well!! It does come with a little attachment i guess in case you wanted to do smaller cups also!

Answer: I only can find 95mm cup. This will be ok? I cannot find 96mm.

Answer: Never tried but I would say no since it only seals with a certain type of plastic cup.

Answer: Hi. It comes with one film collecting roll. We are not sure if that is the paper cup ring you referred here. This will not work for paper cup. Please kindly advise.

Answer: The takeup reel was upgraded. it has a rod that holds the film and the reel gear has larger teeth which makes it easier to engage the drive gear.

Answer: No i don't recommend it I'm having trouble with the one I purchases.

Is there a way to set the sealer to auto spin right after seal. Currently it seals then wont roll to a new film until a new cup is inserted.

Answer: The cup can' t inserted and 12oz cup can put in . But not every time good .

The seal get stuck every so often, we have to turn it off and hope the seal will move up from the cup. Second, the cup do not get seal totally all the time, I have to use my other old machine to reseal the cup, I cannot move the sealing temperature up because it will burnt the plastic that goes on top of the cup.
