Answer: It does not need to heat up. Just click the button when the head is flat on the induction cap and it will do what it needs to in a couple of seconds. I have ran 250,000+ bottles through one of these machines and still works like a charm.

Answer: Yes. The 20/410 cap is 7/8” dia. which is 22mm. The machine will do 15-100mm diameter. So it will work. PS. This machine works very well by the way!
