Well, as hard as we tried to slow the hands of time, another year has come-&-gone.
Happy New Year fellows and gals, here's hoping for a HOG-filled 2017
Tonight I'll be watching 'Pitbull'...okay, who am I kiddin,
I'll be watching the 'Bad Ones', his 6 dancing girls
Roger
And to you, as well, Roger!
LOL, for a second there by "pitbull" I thought
"Pitbulls and Parolees" on Animal Planet!
Me, I'll be hanging with my sons (my wife has
the night shift this weekend) sipping a nice
Merlot. Not sure I'll even stay up since I got hit
with a sinus infection over the last 2 days.
As the New Year approaches us with hopes anew, here is to wishing The BR Members & their families a wonderful year ahead.
A-Jay
Happy New Years to you as well
My New Year's eve plans involves watching some old movie and eating pizza with my wife. The real fun begins tomorrow when I leave Indy for Titusville Fla. to fish the surf and St. Johns with my childhood friend. (Wife gets to stay home and keep the fires lit). She's married to her job. (We'll go together next year on our 20th and I'll have to focus on things other than fishing.)
Happy New Year to all at BR.
Happy 2017 BR Forum! The wife and I are staying in tonight and watching a movie off of On Demand.
Have a Happy New Year everybody and lets keep safe this holiday. Hears hoping we all have plenty of good stories in the upcoming year.

Was just a few hours north of that in Jax/Ponte Vidra/St. Augustine over this past week. What I can say is that the weather was fine! I didn't do any fishing but got to spend some time with family and take part in some of my other hobbies. Enjoy your trip and happy new year to all!
Happy new years! I hope everyone has a happy, healthy and successful 2017 on and off the water.
Just got back from fishing - it was a New Years Eve skunk for me. Well, there's always next year............(meaning I'll be out making a few casts tomorrow morning).
Happy New Year to All !
Happy New Years. I do think New Years is one of the lamest holidays every. All we do is change the calendar. Big deal. The media loves playing it up though, making you think if you are staying at home on New Years Eve then you are a loser and not in the "in" crowd in New York City or at some party getting drunk. In fact, most Americans do stay home during New Years Eve. Stay safe, stay off the roads away from the drunks driving on the roads.
Happy New Year Roger & all BR members.
Happy New Years back to you Roger. I wish everyone a safe, enjoyable and relaxing New Years Eve. My granddaughters are having a " sleep over " with Nana and Papa. " I'm sure i'll be stuck watching Willie Wonka And The Chocolate Factory at some point. I lead such a reckless life.
Happy New Year to you and yours also Roger, and all of the rest of my friends here at Bassresource. Y'all be careful with your "partying" tonight. I too have no interest in leaving the house tonight, and will have a quiet evening at home with my wife. I wish you all the best in the new year.

The good one or the "new" one?

I haven't done anything for new years in a long time for that reason. No need to get killed because some idiot had to have 30 beers before driving home.
Happy New Year to everyone. Will stay home and probably go to bed as usually, 10pm.
Happy New Year to all!
HAPPY NEW YEAR Everyone
Tried a couple new ponds today without a bite.Daughter prepared a great supper and I'm watching the Clemson/ O.state game.
I'm with Hoosier on this one.Probably the least important holiday for me.Glad to be off from work is the main thing.
Hope y'all had a merry Christmas and will have a prosperous and blessed new year.

Really enjoyed reading the responses, our fishing fraternity is the Bomb!
We will tow our boats 50 miles to tap into a pre-spawn bite, but New Year's Eve doesn't make the cut.
My sentiments precisely, Lois & I will be keeping the home fires burning, but tomorrow it's Lake Kissimmee.
Happy New Year!
May you all have a safe and Happy New Year filled with good health
Mike
