I've never fished it, but we have the Cal Delta that isn't affected by water shortages. It has lots of big fish and It would be a good place for the 5Th Annual Road trip next year.

The Delta is just too big. Everything is spread out. It falls short on many of the criteria unfortunately.

Clear Lake, Casitas, Castaic, Don Pedro, Camanche, Folsom, Shasta. All these lakes have doubles in it. The lakes are big, but aren't spread out like the delta... whats your excuse for these

The problem with the West coast is the majority of members are east coast. The biggest set back is finding places for 50+ boat hook-ups with rooms and accommodations for fisherman and speaking venue.

Patience guys. There has been a lot of work going on behind the scenes in trying to find a lake and resort that can accommodate our growing numbers. We are getting close. I predict that Glenn will make the official announcement within the next thirty days. One the other hand, he might elect to perform additional research. Glad I could narrow things down for you.
