akaSargon : A decent starter sealer

This is the first vacuum sealer I’ve tried and I found that it gets the job done fairly well. The machine itself is relatively small and fairly lightweight, but doesn't feel especially cheap or anything. There are a few points about it that I felt could have done slightly better.

Pros:
- It conveniently comes with a few bags, in two sizes, so you can immediately get to trying it out.
- It comes with a built in cutting tool which has proven really useful for the large rolls of bags that I’ve purchased.
- The vacuum option for dry goods forms a good seal
- it’s not extremely noisy when being used

Cons:
- Depending on the size of the bag and what is in it, I found it to be sometimes fiddly to get the opening of the bag to stay put and be properly situated in the sealing area. Leading to me have to try the process more than once to get everything going. Something to hold the bag while closing the lid would really help improve its design.
- The seal it makes when using the moist option does not really seem to be as reliable as when using the normal dry option.

Overall feels fairly reliable and has worked out well for my low volume needs for storing food this way. But I feel as I use it more I may upgrade to a more robust option that isn't as finicky to get the process going each time.
