will these bags work with my Sous Vide?

Answer: These bags were created to make sealing, storing, and even thawing and cooking as painless and hassle-free as possible and should work with in your Sous Vide. They are commercial grade and 100 % BPA Free, you can thaw and even COOK food right in the bag, without having to worry about plastics or other harmful chemicals (like BPA) leaching into your fresh, nutritious food.

Very difficult to operate! Returned it !

I had problems with this unit not vacuuming all of the air out before sealing dry food. The unit was a gift and I did not have a receipt. I left a one star review because I was having problems with the warranty due to not having the order number. I was surprised when the company reached out to me to help me get the unit replaced. The service from this company has gone above and beyond trying to make me a satisfied customer.
I did get the chance to see the beautiful packaging this unit does on the moist food setting, as this setting really worked well. Since my unit did not work on dry vac and seal, the moist setting was the one I used.
I look forward to using my replacement unit and send a special "thank you" to Jolyn for the help she gave me.

Never had a vacuum sealer before, but I always wanted one, finally got around to this system. So far, even 1790 product I've gotten has been fantastic. This sealer is no exception. It came with bags and I ordered more to have on hand. This device is allowing me to purchase the family size meat portions at stores for better values, come home and repackage in a more manageable size that I can easily store for later use. The bags can even be sealed again and again for dry goods or other things. I am in love with this device and I should have tried it out a LOT sooner.

Light weight vacuum sealer. Vacuum sealer removes air from bag 40% of time. Some time it seals, some time it runs and nothing happens. will not seal two bags in a row with out long wait in between. Tried to seal multiple bags or home made summer sausage ended up throwing the unit away and buying something that could handle the job.

Would not recommend.
