Questions about Magpul Fixed
Q:
Will this fit a db15 ar pistol?
Answer: What John said straight to jail, learn the laws before you start adding stuff to your ar pistol its very easy to go to jail lol
Answer: If you put this on an ar pistol, you will go straight to jail. Do not collect $200
Answer: Don't think so. AR Pistols use a different buffer tube from carbines.
Answer: It comes with two adapters that fit most frames, I believe the DB15 is one of them.
Answer: Before you even try, you have to register it as an SBR first. You'll probably need a carbine length buffer tube, but you'll have plenty of time to source the parts while you wait for the paperwork.
Answer: If it is 1.25 inches
Q:
does this stock attach to a 6 position buffer tube
Answer: Yes it will definitely fit on a 6 position mil spec tube. I have it attached to a BCM 6 position mil spec tube and it fits perfect.
Answer: Yes. It fits the regular M4 style 6 position tube.
Answer: Yes
Q:
Is it adjustable or no
Answer: No, This is a fixed buttstock. This is a non-adjustable buttstock.
Answer: No it’s not adjustable. It’s a not meant to adjust. Depending on what your putting it on, for example an AR build, if the barrel is below a certain length th AR would be considered a pistol style, and by laws and policies in place they are required to have a stationary non adjustable stock. Be familiar with gun laws in your state to be in compliant
Answer: No, it is a fixed stock.
Answer: No, that's why it's called a fixed stock.
Answer: No
Q:
If you added magpul rubber buttpads to the stock , could you get the same LOP as a regular collapsible stock?
Answer: With the thick butt pad this stock is 9 1/2 inches long. The regular collapsible stock is 11 inches when it is extended to the max. I 'm 6 foot and have no problem whatsoever with this fixed stock. I have four of them.
Q:
Can this be used on an at pistol
Answer: All the answers for this question are wrong in some form. He asked if an AT (assuming he meant AR and not AutoTransmission) pistol would accept this stock. Yes it will. And yes you will need a tax stamp for your new SBR or you’ll have committed a felony. Assuming of course the OP meant a traditional AR pistol meaning that it’s barrel is under 16 inches long or less then 26 inches OAL and not a 16 inch or longer barreled upper.
Answer: The laws have Changet on the AR style pistols you Nan now have a fixed stock
Answer: An AR-15 is a pistol. I do believe adding this would make it a rifle. Therefore against the law. As mentioned you need to check your state laws regarding AR pistol.
Answer: If you have an AR15 carbine mil-spec buffer tube, I bet it could.
Answer: Absolutely not unless you get a tax stamp. Your looking for what's called a "brace". KaK braces are my favorite.
Answer: Michael is correct. It will fit, but you'll need a stamp for your SBR. It can be a long process. Stay legal, buy a brace
Answer: not legally check your state laws. It would make it a short barrel rifle which requires an ffl
Q:
What is the overall length?
Answer: Not sure of the actual dimensions but it will fit a carbine length, milspec buffer tube
Answer: I don't have the exact length . But , it is the same length as the collapsible stock when fully extended . I believe it is slightly shorter than a battle stock . It is a piece of cake to install if you are replacing a collapsible stock .
Answer: With the end cap it's 9". You can add a Magpul butt pad and make it around 10".
Q:
Does this fit the M&p 15-22?
Answer: If it has a standard buffer tube should fit with no problem.
Answer: it's for building an ar15. if you have to ask, you probably shouldn't buy it
Q:
Will this stock work with the buffer tube that doesn't have any collapsible positions? my buffer tube currently has the rubber/foam cover on it.
Answer: No, I will only work with carbine buffer tubes. I think yours is a pistol AR15 buffer tube with has a bigger diameter and does not have bottom slots which this stock will use to fit and slide in.
Answer: This stock fits perfectly over a standard mil-spec buffer tube . Just like the collapsible stock . You should not have any fit issues. Fast, perfect fit . I really like mine .
Answer: Pretty sure you need the mil spec carbine buffer tube. Those foam covered tubed are meant to be pistol buffers that aren't ever going to be shouldered.
Answer: Negative. You have a pistol buffer tube. This requires the slanted portion of a carbine buffer tube for retention.
Answer: This is made for a carbine tube. This is a fixed stock
Answer: No, this stock is designed to index and clamp to a carbine 6 position buffer tube.
Answer: If you put this on a Ar pistol then you have just created an sbr and you need a nfa stamp
Q:
Will this fit over buffer tube from a fab defense gl shock?
Answer: Yes i believe it will. Its just the Fab Defense stock that reduces the extra recoil so the buffer tube should be a mil-spec m4 style buffer tube. Check out the Bravo Company Sopmod Bravo stock. $58 bucks and is sweet. Currently in use on my rifle. Sorry for the late reply. Good luck
Answer: If the Fab Defense GL Shock is currently on a mil-spec buffer tube, then yes it will fit.
Answer: If it's a mil spec tube
Q:
Will this fit a rifle length buffer tube?
Answer: No. Rifle length tubes are perfectly cylindrical, carbine tubes have a spine on the bottom side used to orient and adjust carbine stocks. Being that this stock uses the spine to attach, a rifle tube will not work.
Answer: No this will only fit carbine length buffer tubes
Answer: Yes. I'm not a mil armor but I think all buffer tubes are the same length. There is Mil spec and commercial.
Answer: I don't think so. It says on the box that it's for carbine length buffer tubes. There might be a way to make it work but it's intended for carbines.
Answer: No... This is a fixed stock for adj. carbine buffer tubes.
Answer: This one is for a carbine model. I believe they make a rifle length model.
Answer: No, you woll need to get the MOE fixed rifle stock for that.
Answer: No . They make a rifle length stock. Just like the magpul hand guards.
Answer: Yes, it comes with a few different adaptors/spacers to fit properly and flow with the lines of the rifle.
Answer: I have a Stag Arms-15 and it fit perfectly.
Q:
will this fit a rock island armory vr-80?
Answer: it will fit a mil spec carbine stock
Answer: If the RIA uses a Mil-spec or commercial buffer tube, YES. Be advised: you need to know WHICH buffer tube your firearm has before ordering.
Answer: Only if it has a milspec buffer tube.
Answer: If it has a carbine buffer tube it will. A rifle tube will not work
Q:
could i possibly put this on an hk 416 airsoft gun?
Answer: It slides over the buffer tube. If your airsoft rifle has a tube sticking out after you remove the existing stock and if it's the same diameter as a MIL-SPEC tube it might work. This stock comes with a extra piece that gives you two options of mounting. It fits against the lock plate. Take a measurement of your tube first before ordering.
Answer: Depends on the gun , I,m not familiar with airsoft guns but the AR platform has mostly 2 buffer tubes Mil, spec and Com, spec they will not interchange as i don,t what buffer you have, you should be able to check with the gun maker to find out what tube you have. Hope this helps,,,,,,,,,,,,, MrV
Answer: It slides over a standard mil spec or commercial spec buffer tube, then clamps on near the castle nut. Hope this helps.
Q:
can i fit on a valken asl
Answer: If it utilizes the propper buffer tube then i would imagine so.
Q:
Will this work on my Diamondback DB15?
Q:
Do you carry bump stocks or do you not please answer?
Answer: bump stocks are ILLegal from the federal government.. atf problems big time..
Q:
Does this work with a mid length buffer?
Answer: i’ve never seen a mid length buffer, but if it’s round and standard diameter it will go on and the clamp screw will hold it. I put mine on a adjustable buffer tube for my grand son and used one on a rifle buffer tube.
Q:
Will this fit on the m&p sport 2?
Answer: Per my research; the M&P Sport 2 has a mil-spec buffer tube, so the answer would be "yes, it will fit".
Answer: kk this stock will fit..
Q:
Is this for commercial or mil spec. I purchased this and it does not fit at all.. does not slide on. for a factory bushmaster which is commercial
Answer: This is for a mil spec buffer tube. Magpul makes this same stock for commercial. Check the description to verify specifications before ordering. Good luck with the rest of your build or project!
Answer: Unfortunately it's milspec. It's actually listed in the product description, but in buried in there so it's easy to miss. Sorry to hear that you bought the wrong one.
Answer: You need a Mil. Spec. carbine buffer tube in order for this to work.
Answer: This stock is Mil-Spec. Incidentally i tried to fit one of the included spacers on one of my commercial tubes and it wouldn't budge.
Answer: magpul makes this stock for both comm and milspec you have to order the correct one for your buffer tube
Answer: This one is for Milspec only
Q:
Would this fit my ruger 556
Answer: Magpul makes these stocks for both commercial and mil spec buffer tubes. Ruger uses a mil spec tube, so yes it will fit.
Answer: It will fit IF your rifle has a mil-spec dimension buffer tube...
Answer: It’ll fit any AR style rifle. Just make sure you’ve got a mil spec buffer tube and NOT a commercial tube.
Answer: Yes it will
Q:
Will this fit with a limbsaver recoil pad? hoping for part no 10025? seems like it should if it fits the prs extended butt pad.
Answer: yes it'll fit ,,but some grinding may be needed for an exact fit.
Q:
Will this fit my featureless m&p 15 sport 2? It has a pinned fixed stock. If I remove it and replace it with this, will it remain compliant?
Answer: Complaint with california laws ? If that then yes . All you are doing is changing from one fixed stock to another . As for fitting it depends on the buffer tube you have . This fits a mil spec carbine length tube nothing else .
Q:
Will this fit ATI omni hybrid buffer tube?
Answer: is your buffer tube mil spec or civilian. the tube can't be rifle length and most mil spec tubes are flat not slanted on the back
Answer: Not sure. As long as it's a mil-spec buffer tube you won't have a problem. I'm not familiar with that brand tho
Answer: This should fit any Mil-Spec buffer tube.
Answer: If it's milspec I don't see why not
Q:
would this fit on a M&P 15-22?
Answer: yes this should fit. if you have a standard buffer tube..
Answer: Doesn’t fit. Now I gotta return this damn thing.
Answer: It all depends on the buffer tube. If you are using a standard mil spec or commercial buffer tube it should be fine.
Q:
Will this fit a Benjamin Marauder 22 cal pistol?
Answer: It's a stock not a pistol brace
Q:
This stock doesn'a ar pistol , which one do I need
Answer: An AR pistol requires a "arm brace" to be legal. Many of the so called arm braces closely resemble and function as a stock. Legally this will not work if you're in the states. If you allowed to use a stock on an AR pistol where you are than it will work fine. I suggest a 6 position though. This one is fixed position "does not extend"
Answer: this is NOT a stock for an ar pistol .. you need a brace type stock. sig arms or whoever makes them .. try amazon search for ar pistol stocks should find what you need
Q:
How many clicks on a adjustable stock would the lop compare to? im running a2 carry handle so eye relief is irrelevent?
Answer: Somewhere between the 1st and 2nd. Its about an inch shorter than the a1 butt stock of that helps you
Q:
how much does it weigh?
Answer: Magpul lists it on their site as 9.5 ounces for just the stock, and 13.5 with the receiver extension (buffer tube).
Q:
Are different length tubes available to fine tune the length, I like a fixed stock but would like to fine tune the length ?
Answer: The one I got was not fixed, it was a six position. I do know that they offer butt pads to ad an inch or to to you length of pull, but in not aware of any longer tubes for added length. You pretty much need to spend a lot more if you want to get the stability of a fixed stock yet still be able to adjust the length.
Answer: This is designed to slide over a 6 position buffer tube. Only other tube is A2 style for the fixed stock and it doesn’t fit
Answer: No you get one length.
Answer: There is a second sleeve to increase the length of the stock.
Answer: it only is one lenght
Answer: No.
Q:
Are this nj legal??
Answer: as it is a fixed stock, I would guess it is, but as NJ is an anti-American state, it might not.
Answer: Yes. Jersey doesn’t allow adjustable stocks. This is fixed
Q:
Does this fit on a bushmaster QRC?
Answer: Yes, it will fit any milspec carbine length buffer tube.
Answer: Yes. It will fit any milspec carbine buffer tube.
Answer: If it's has a milspec buffertube then yes. If not then you'd need to google the demensions
Answer: Milspec only
Q:
Need a new buttstock 4 my 12 guage were can i find them the buttstock on mines is wood want 2 change them out ty 4 your time
Answer: There are synthetic butt stocks for most 12 gauge shotties. This product will not fit yours
Answer: Try googling the make/model of shotgun you own and include stock in your search, example (Remington 870 stock) check out Blackhawk, Magpul, ATI. They'll most likely have what you're looking for. Unfortunately Amazon has limited the amount of firearms accessories they sell so you'll probably have to purchase it from a different website.
Q:
Is this black in color?
Answer: No, it's OD Green. You can dye any color Magpul furniture to black using Rit dye if you're looking for black.
Answer: I think this one is ODG, (Olive Drab Green). That's the color I received.
Answer: No, it's tan . I painted mine flat black
Answer: No
Answer: It is Olive Drab Green.
Q:
Will this fit the Benjamin Armada?
Q:
Has anyone installed this on a bushmaster mpw crosman?
Answer: You need to check the diameter of the buffer tube, even thought it says it comes with an AR compatible stock, there are two sizes. Commercial and milspec, commercial is a couple hundredths of an inch larger. This one is milspec.
Q:
Does this fit on a crosman P1322?
Q:
Can I use my A2 stock buffer tube?
Answer: No, this is NOT for a A2 buffer tube (extension tube). It is designed to go over a shorter/ collapsible stock buffer tube. A2 tube does not have the razed flat section on the bottom therefore no locking point for this stock. Mill or commercial only differentiate the position adjustable tube, A2 (all are mil spec) is longer and fully rounded and stock is secured via single screw at the and of the tube.
Answer: uses a commercial or mil spec carbine tube
Answer: Yes, you just need to know wether your buffer tube is mil spec or commercial spec.
Q:
Will it fix hk416
Answer: Only if the hk416 has the same buffer tube as the Ar15.
Answer: This stock fits mil-spec buffer tube. As listed in the name & description.
Answer: Only if it MIL-SPEC and not commercial buffer tube . Two different dimensions
Answer: Yes as long as you have a milspec buffer tube.
Q:
What is the benefit of having a fixed length stock?
Q:
I have a dmps panther arms m4. will this fit on my gun?
Answer: be sure to get the right diameter. mil spec or civilian. mostly they are all mil spec buffer tubes so this will most likely fit . hope this helps
Answer: If it has a Mil-Spec buffer tube then yes. If commercial, no.
Q:
will it work on daniel defense m4v11?
Answer: If its has a mil spec buffer tube then yes.
Q:
Wil this fit a nj compliant sw mp 15?
Answer: It fits a standard carbine tube. If you have a pinned carbine stock it should work if you able to remove the stock from the tube. If you have a fixed A2 rifle stock, it will not work because the buffer tube is different. Make sure you are able to remove your existing stock from the buffer tube, and make sure which size buffer tube you have, commercial or mil-spec. Note that this stock is shorter than a fully extended standard carbine stock.
Answer: It fits a mil spec carbine buffer tube only. Confirm that is what you have first.
Answer: As long as it takes Mil Spec AR parts, then yes. You shouldn't have an issue
Q:
Is this for mill spec or commercial, carbine or rifle buffer tube ?
Answer: The one I received is for a mil-spec carbine buffer tube receiver extension
Answer: mil spec carbine
Answer: Mill spec
Q:
Has anyone used this on a Kriss Vector Gen 2?
Answer: Won't work
Q:
any chance this fits on a new frontier armory lower
Answer: Hi Kim, how this fits depends upon the buffer tube being commerical or military spec. There slight dimensional differences between the tubes. Not the lower.
Answer: It will fit, as long as you have a mil-spec extension tube.
Answer: if its a milspec lower it will fit
Answer: Yes, it will for any lower that used a standard buffer tube configuration (commercial or mil-spec sized respectively).
Answer: It should as long as the buffer tube is Mil-Spec
Q:
Will this work on an ar 308
Answer: Any rifle with a milspec buffer tube will work. Must be a milspec diameter or it won’t fit.
Answer: An AR10? Yes. But stocks go off the buffer tube.
Answer: No it will not .
Answer: No
Answer: Yes.
Q:
Will this work with the original 6 position buffer tube on a dpms panther oracle 5.56? if not what buffer tube should i purchase with this stock?
Answer: If your buffer tube is mil spec as it should be than it will work. There is only two positions for this stock, short and shorter. That being said...if you dont like the idea of an extended stock such as the 3rd 4th 5th or 6th position than this is what you want.
Answer: This is a MIL-SPEC stock and works on all brands of MIL-SPEC buffer tubes. Just confirm yours is MIL-SPEC and not a COMMERCIAL buffer tube.
Answer: Yes. You should not have any issues with a mil-spec, carbine length buffer tube.
Answer: As long as t is a mil spec tube yes it will fit .
Answer: should work just fine
Answer: Yes it’s fits just right!
Q:
Will this fit my ruger pc charger 9mm..?
Answer:
Answer:
Answer: Does you Ruger PC charger have a mil-spec buffer tube? This stock attaches to a mil-spec buffer tube. If I'm not mistaken, if you could attach this stock your Ruger PC charger would the hen become a short barreled rifle.
Answer: I think not, unless if there’s an attachment (conversion) to go from the ruger tail end to a buffer tube. Looking at a few pics, I would honestly say no, and that there are several braces that look really good compared to this magpul fixed
Q:
Will this fit a s&w m&p 15-22?
Q:
Does it work with an airsoft aeg rifle?
Answer: No it does not . It's only ment to go over a mil spec buffer tube of a ar15 / m4
Q:
Can it fit on a Airsoft gun
Answer: as long as your buffer tube is of correct, military size. yes,
Product reviews of Magpul Fixed
Darian Huffman : It is what it is ..... a fixed stock!!!
The stock is a fixed stock, it goes on and stays firm once the screw is fastened down on the side. It is the solution to my problem. the OEM stock that was a 6 position was ok but moved around to muck for my liking. The MOE fixed does not, if u need a adjustable stock find something else. If you need a stock that is about one to two positions out when compared to a 6 position when fully collapsed and moved two positions open then this is the ticket, just in fixed form.
Yufri : Great Stock!
I never thought I'd be happy with a fixed stock, but i was wrong.. The length it offers is perfect.. At least for me.. If i were you I'd buy it since, as me, I did :)
Amazon Customer : Good Enough
Using this stock on a 20" 5.56 build that will only be used for target shooting. Fits snug and looks nice. My only complaint is the length of pull is too short. I'll eventually switch to an Ergo F93 or Magpul UBR Gen 2. Till then, this stock will do fine.
Stephen P. Yaw II : very solid
I was looking for a cheap stock to go with the magpul OD green rifle handguards and this fit the bill. the rifle is a dissapator which i think look terrible with a collapsible stock so i got this one. Its a bit heavy there is alot of plastic in this stock you aren't going to break it easily but there aren't any traditional position sling attachments. just ones on the side. There is also a pocket for an optional qd connection. over all i like it alot. Install was super easy.
Daniel Pearson : Great stock, low cost!
I have bought several of these for various build projects and like with any Magpul product never disappointed. In this case simple yet effective design, lightweight, solid feel when shot. It's a fixed stock, obviously, so if your the type that prefer the carbine length rather than the slightly longer rifle length or "A2" stock this may be a solution. This particular color I am partial to and it currently resides on my AR. Stupid easy to install, like 30 seconds! Included sling attachment options for various sling types. Various color options.
david b : NOT adjustable> as stated in discription..great as a fixed stock
I did see a bove
J. S. Borscht : Infinitely better than a regular telescoping stock
No more rattle! Much more comfortable than standard. I only wish it came with the extended rubber pad (available elsewhere for extra $).
david b : NOT adjustable> as stated in discription..great as a fixed stock
I did see a bove
Alex : Awesome stock
Easy to install. Very sturdy!
SFWK : Great product... M&P15 Sport II with CA compliant WILL NOT FIT!
I give it 5 stars because it is quality made. I love it and hope that I can use it however it did not work for me.
S&W M&P15 Sport II OR with CA compliant won't fit. I checked everywhere, all the forum, YouTube review, seems surely it is mil spec for the buffer tube. However, IT IS NOT for CA featureless AR. Since it is not a collapsible stock, it uses rifle stock instead of carbine stock.
Edit: I was returning it, but I ended up keeping it. I order a collapsible buffer tube, replaced the one came with my M&P15. Installation for both the buffer tube and the stock only took 5 min. Looks good, and feels good.
I had to return it and ordered Magpul MOE Rifle Stock.
Jeremy : Good stock. Great price.
Overall, I am happy with this stock. It installed quickly, fit perfectly, and does its job well. I gave it a try because I am not really a fan of adjustable stocks (mainly because I almost never adjust them). It is lightweight, feels fairly sturdy, and has multiple sling attachment points. It is a no-frills, fixed stock. It is slightly shorter than the standard A2, but I never measured how much.
I MIGHT like it a bit better if it were 1/2" shorter (don't hear THAT too often), and if the heel were rounded it may be better for rolling it up from low ready, but those aren't deal-breakers, and I would gladly purchase another one.

Amazon Customer : Magpul is good stuff.
Looks good, functions well and fits mil-spec buffer tube. Also, price was good. Only downside is that it doesn't come with QD cup or attachment installed, must buy separately.
Aladin Jusic : Looks good
It's missing a screw that holds the stock rogether.
Dave : Is this a rifle stock for midgets?
It's too short. Really, Magpul? Did you expect this to be used by children or something? I purchased it to make an AR featureless for CA. I installed it... And although I'm only 5'10" the stock is so ridiculously short that it was uncomfortable to shoulder. This is the first Magpul purchase of mine that I haven't raved over and they really missed the mark here. Quality/craftsmanship are fine, it's just a bad design. As I type this it is sitting at the bottom of my trashcan (I ended up just using my old Magpul adjustable stock and used epoxy to lock it in place thereby making it a fixed stock rather than adjustable.).
AnthonyG. : Nice looking and affordable name brand stock
Great looking stock seems well built, very affordable, 1 con for me was the length of pull, it was a bit to short for me so I made a notch in the buffer tube to add to the length. .worked like a charm. Would definitely recommend but would warn anyone with long arms that need a bit more pull this might not be for them if they do not want to modify the tube.
Mathieu : Nothing But Thumbs Up
It's a MagPul stock. What else is there to say. If you're looking for a short fixed stock for your carbine. This is exactly what you need.
Johney Coleman : This hasnt got much for cheek rest. I wrapped some parachord around top it just right now
Ive got this on my hunting rifle no rattle just right for scope
metalhead : easy and practical
if you have a 13inch beard like i do or any face hair at all then you know that an adjustable stock pulls on your face every single time so this is a must. easy to install and has two spacers for your length of pull.
Justin M. : Great stock
Fits perfectly and looks great. I'm 6'3" so my arm is a little cramped while aiming, but I'll be getting the thicker pad for it to help with that. Definitely recommend this.
Clyde P. : These are nice stocks
These are good as is fro youth, I am 6’5” so i needed a longer stock so i milled a slot in the buffer tube for the cross bolt at my length .
brock chadsey : Great stock. Easy to install
Like all Magpul products, this stock is solid. It's well made, comfortable to shoot and easy to install. I bought this as a replacement to my Magpul collabsable stock due to new laws in my state and I have to say I like this a little bit more.
penpen : Carbine. M&P 15 Sport
Magpul did it again. Quality product as always.
Gabe : Did not come with screw or tools
This product does not extend, it’s a set length that you set with a screw. This product did not come with a screw to lock the stock in place. Good stock overall if you don’t have an issue with shortening or extending the overall length and keeping it at one length.
Alex : Awesome stock
Easy to install. Very sturdy!
Joe Nunez : Stock not normal fixed length too short.
Well, nice Magpul stock , just a little short on the shoulder. Needed to order and extra rubber stock pad in order to bring it to the correct stock length. Which costed an extra $14 to the cost of the stock. It was not normal fixed stock length. P.S. the rubber pad had to be made by the same company Magpul in order for it to work.
Amazon Customer : Magpul is good stuff.
Looks good, functions well and fits mil-spec buffer tube. Also, price was good. Only downside is that it doesn't come with QD cup or attachment installed, must buy separately.
Peter McGrath : Replaced with adjustable moe with the fixed for better optic use and no jiggle
Replaced with adjustable moe with the fixed for better optic use and no jiggle. Works great easy easy install. Little shorter then I would expect but super solid.
metalhead : easy and practical
if you have a 13inch beard like i do or any face hair at all then you know that an adjustable stock pulls on your face every single time so this is a must. easy to install and has two spacers for your length of pull.
Justin Bynum : Just buy it and don’t look for other fixed stock.
Super comfortable light rugged and affordable. Great value for those who live in restrictive states and can’t have collapsible stocks
mk : solid stock.
Didn't fit quiet perfect, but it's a solid lightweight stock and was cheaper than at the store.
Edward Fernandez : Great fixed stock to go "featureless"
The stock fits snug and is easy to install. Comes with everything needed for installation. The black color was out of stock so I purchased this model and sprayed painted it along with a grip that I had and that solved the problem. The extended PRS butt pad adds about half an inch to the length of pull to this stock, or you can modify the buffer tube to add length of pull. This is an affordable option for going featureless in CA.

Hans : Returned
Item returned, but seemed good
Aladin Jusic : Looks good
It's missing a screw that holds the stock rogether.
a fan : great
Looks wonderful on my Dissipator. Perfect.
Gabe : Did not come with screw or tools
This product does not extend, it’s a set length that you set with a screw. This product did not come with a screw to lock the stock in place. Good stock overall if you don’t have an issue with shortening or extending the overall length and keeping it at one length.
Dan : Great stock!
Went on perfect on a milspec buffer tube. I'm 6' and this is the perfect size for me (about 2" longer than a fully collapsed 6 position standard stock). Comes with two end cap choices. I went with choice #1. Locks up tight and solid unlike standard adjustable ones.
Johney Coleman : This hasnt got much for cheek rest. I wrapped some parachord around top it just right now
Ive got this on my hunting rifle no rattle just right for scope
BBMFIC : Good if your 5ft 4 and below.
A very nice AR Stock high quality, but it's about two inches too short for me to actually use. I'm only 5ft 10in and I would say this is the perfect stock for anyone 5ft 4 and below.
Bullet and the Bling : Its Magpul, its quality.
This product was perfect for the application needed and allowed me to achieve a perfect lockup with no wiggle and with the PRS buttpad the perfect LOP.
Justin Bynum : Just buy it and don’t look for other fixed stock.
Super comfortable light rugged and affordable. Great value for those who live in restrictive states and can’t have collapsible stocks
Yazy : Easy
Highly recommended the product. Made an adjustment to both my stocks. And they feel great.
Me : Love
Love it. Magpul wins again
Lawrence asa Atiemoh : I can dig it
I got excited about the price and skimmed over the fixed stock description. U cant adjust the stock it's at the regulated length. I still love it, its comfortable u dont need to add a pad to it. It changed the look of my home defense weapon. Magpul. Top shelf. Enough said.

Paul : Perfect!
This product was so easy to install and it took less than 5 minutes to take out my different stock, and then install this stock. I would get this stock if you are trying to get it for a featureless, California Compliant AR 15 rifle. Great product from Magpul!
PreparedPatriot : Fantastic. Youll not regret it.
Once you lock her down, it doesn't shift, wiggle, or move like some collapsible stocks do. Little short on the length of pull, but I have monkey arms, so your mileage may vary.
Erik : Perfect
It's magpul, their stocks are always nice. First time with a fixed stock and I love it.
