You May Have These Concerns...

1. The machine did not vacuum but seal only.

Please use the correct vacuum bags! Flat smooth bags can be both vacuumed and sealed by MAGIC SEAL nozzle type sealers, embossed bags or side gusset bags cannot be vacuumed, only for seal.

2. Lets the air back in when the nozzle retracts.

Please use the correct vacuum bag! MAGIC SEAL nozzle type sealers are not designed for embossed bags. Once the nozzle retracts from the embossed bag, a little air would goes back to the bag from air channels on embossed bags. Bags of flat surface, like smooth vacuum sealer bags, are strongly recommended.

Tip: During the vacuuming process, please keep the item as close to the vacuum nozzle as possible to prevent the nozzle from being blocked by the tight bag wall, so that the air will be more completely pumped out

Can this machine seals my jars?

Answer: Dear customer, thank you for your question. Yes, this machine can seal your jars. MAGIC SEAL vacuum machine has external vacuum port for daily use.

What is the width of vacuum sealing bar?

Answer: Dear customer, thanks for your questions. MAGIC SEAL food sealer has upgrade 8mm wider vacuum sealing bar, stronger sealing for smooth vacuum packing bags of different thickness, better than the normal 2-4mm one in the market.

Does this vacuum sealer work with the foodsaver bags ?

Answer: Hello, thank you for your question. This machine can seal and inflate the Foodsaver bags, but not vacuum for it. MAGIC SEAL vacuum sealer has unique nozzle design which can vacuum and seal for a large variety of smooth vacuum sealer bags such as vacuum chamber pouches, plastic bags, aluminum foil bags and plated bags, printed bags etc.

Can it works automatically?

Answer: Dear customer, thank you for your question. Automatic and manual both can, depends on your choosing. Note: Kindly press nozzle retraction button, let nozzle extended and then place smooth vacuum sealer bags with the vacuum nozzle inside before automatic and manual vacuum seal process.

Does it have removable drip tray for easy cleaning

Answer: No. I can’t see as where one would be needed. It has something for liquid removal. I have not had a reason to do anything like that yet.

Answer: there is a transparent container on the back of machine, which work as water reservior. it can be removed and emptied when water is full.

Can I manually stop it for soft items like bread?

Answer: yes, you can stop it at anytime during deflating. press the OPERATE/STOP key repeatly, it will start and stop repeatly, until reaches your requirement, press NOZZLE RETRACTION key, it will start to seal.

We have had one for about 4 months. we don't use it very often. recently, we were using it, and it shut off unexpectedly. won't turn on. why?

Answer: there's protection procedure for this machine, in most case, the machine shut off due to over temperature, after cool down, it will work again, if it happens more frequently than usuall, please ship it to the after-sell central, we'll replace or repair for you. you can check relevent information on manual book.

What is the suction power some say 85 Kpa

Answer: it should be －85kpa instead of 85kpa. take out 85% air from a rigid airtight canister, the pressure inside canister is －85kpa. for better understand, a vacuum pressure meter always marks from 0 at normal airpressure to －100kpa absolute vacuum.

Will the magic seal vacuum sealer effectively vacuum seal mylar bags

Answer: yes, lots of person tried mylar bags, and it's work! make sure that your mylar bag is thick enough to withstand the pressure during vacuum.

Will this work with 7mil zip seal bags?

Answer: yes, you can set sealing time up to 15seconds. if not, there's no other machines can do it.

Great Machine. Had problems with vacuum at first, tried everything. If you are having trouble read and understand the manual. It works good. Great for marinate.

This is the fourth vacuum sealer I’ve tried in the last month. It is, by far, the very best. To begin with, it’s extremely sturdy. It has features that are not found on any other sealer I’ve used. For example, the vacuum time and the seal time can be regulated by the user. Of course, you have to experiment to find the optimal times for whatever food (or item) you’re bagging. The vacuum is 4 times faster than any other sealer I’ve used. The seal itself is at least 4 times wider (and therefore more robust) than most other sealers. Other features include a great bag cutter, a liquid reservoir for catching liquid overflow, a very clever cleaning and maintenance system, and so much more. This is the only home vacuum sealer I’ve seen that will use both textured AND smooth bags. The price is incredible!
I highly, HIGHLY, recommend this sealer.
