Answer: I usually put the fastest dehydration on the top, and put some higher water content in the lower layer. Make sure my food is dehydrated

Usually buy a 5-trays or a 7-trays one?

Answer: 7-trays is more affordable

Does it make a lot of noise when drying?

Answer: Depends on what you consider a lot of noise. It’s a fan, a small fan so it makes some noise but I don’t even pay it attention. So basically yes a little noise, but you should be unbothered.

Answer: No, it's not. You can put as many trays as you want, depending on your needs
