Answer: Mine came with an AC power cord. The machine end has two round holes in a housing that resembles two "D" shapes, back-to-back. The power end is U.S. 120V polarized two prong plug.

Will this seal Mylar?

Answer: No. Mylar bags are in smooth material. Not able to vacuum while using it on our machine. Please do not use Mylar bags on our machine. Thank you.

Can’t get it to turn on

Answer: I plug it in (120v) and press "vac seal". Both left and right latch must "click", locking the top before it will start.

Are the bags microwavable or will this work with microwavable and sous vide?

Answer: The bags attached can be used within the temperature of -68℉ to 248℉. It can be used for sous vide in boiling water of 212℉.

Does it work with 11x18 bags

Answer: The heating wire is 11.8 inches in length, so if the opening of the bags does not exceed 11.8 inches, then it will be suitable. Besides, please note that the sealing bags need to be with grid/diamond texture, not suitable for sealing bags with smooth or dots texture.

All 4 lights are blinking and item stopped working. Can’t get it to work. What might be wrong?

Answer: May I know if the vacuum sealer works for a long time? It the heating wire gets too hot, the light will flash and stoppe working. You can unplug the cord and let it rest for a while. Then, plugin to test it again. If the machine still could not work properly, please contact the support team for more support. (You can find after-sale service contact from the user manual or Amazon.)

Answer: No, China. And be careful cos electricity 120 Wt, not 220 Wt as usual.

Answer: We have this sealer and frankly, I don’t care where it’s made, as long as it works like I want it to. We usually try to buy USA but that is often not possible. I don’t know of a sealer made in the USA, but this one works great.

Tried several different times with the bag in different positions but never covering the suction tube. Simply a piece of garbage. Sending it back and getting a foodsaver. The video where the two gals sit there forever and finally gave up. that is this machine. There is no brand name and I cant find anywhere a way to contact anyone about this machine.
