Easy to use, smokes meats as advertised. Easy to clean stainless material.

I used it on my kamado grill and the result was excellente. I filled it up wth apple wood chips and put a small piece of fire starter at the end. The hooks it comes with allowed me to hang it from the to grates. I lit it up and closed the lid of the kamado. I smoked a whole tri-tip at about 230 degrees for about 45 min. till it reached 120 degrees. I let it rest while I took out the smoker. After I distribute the colas evenly and allowed more ari circulation to get the temperature up tp close to 500 degrees and put the tri-tip back on to sear all sides. The searing upped the internal temperature to a prefect 135 degrees and the the result was a delicious smoked flavored tri-tip that out family enjoyed. If you enjoy grilling this tool is a must to enjoy smoking without having to go and buy a smoker.
