My package arrived, missing the wire elements. The only contents in the package were the tape strips which, as others have mentioned, were folded in half.

Worst packaging ever. Came exactly like the photo. There’s no support in the package so the wires bent - lazy. This seems like a seller just doesn’t care about ensuring the product gets there safely.

Both of the elements were folded near one of the ends. Sure enough, the first one burned out in a couple of weeks of use. Installed second one, and just today it burned out again. Right on the crease! DON'T FOLD THEM!
Otherwise these elements seem fine. But just remember, if they arrive folded, don't even bother installing them. They'll burn out very, very quickly. Return it as defective. If enough people do it, maybe they'll read these reviews and package them properly. It's just so stupid!
