IMPORTANT TIPS:

1. This is a bags sealing machine that can only seal food bags, it's not a hair straightener or curling iron, it just looks similar. Please don't use it to straighten or curl your hair to avoid damage to your hair.

2. The preheating time of the sealing machine is about 30-60 seconds. Please control the temperature of the sealing machine according to the thickness of the bag, so as not to burn the bag if the temperature is too high.

3. Do not use it for thin bag sealing (such as cling film, shrink wrap bags, cellophane bags), it is likely to melt the bags and cannot be sealed. Generally used for snack bags, Foil bag, chip bags, Kraft paper bag, Pet food bag, vacuum packaging bags and other thicker bags.

4. Do not touch the heating pad when using it, keep away from children and avoid burns. Do not heat for a long time, please turn off the power button in time when not in use to avoid burning the heat sealer.

NOTE:

We recommend that you turn off the power after the sealer has been heated for 45-60 seconds, after turning off the power, you can still use the temperature that it has not dissipated to seal the bags. This will prevent you from melting the plastic bag due to continuous heating during the sealing. After the temperature drops, you can continue to turn on the switch to heat and seal.

If the bag to seal is 10" across, can you slide it across the whole opening to seal? For example, will this work on a family size bag of Lays potato?

Answer: Sliding sealing is not possible, this heat sealer is fixed sealing, if the width of the bag exceeds 2.6 inches, it may need to be sealed multiple times.

Answer: No. This is the mini. It’s only 7 inches long total and the sealer is only 2 1/2 in long. Great for small bags. You can do a big bag but it’ll take some maneuvering.

Does it work on paper bags?

Answer: I wouldn’t think so. In order for this to seal, something has to melt. The paper bag isn’t going to melt.

Will it seal double gloss photo paper?

Does it work to seal bags with liquid inside?

Answer: A small amount of liquid is no problem,

how would I seal a 5" x 8" bag?

Answer: The sealing width of sealing machine is 2.56 inch, If the packaging bag is wider than 2.56 inch,it needs to be sealed on both sides separately.

Can it seal a wider bag such as dog food？

Answer: The heat plates is only 2.5 inches long ， it needs to be sealed on both sides separately. so i would say no unless its a really small bag.

Is it really for packages or hair crimping? could it be used for hair crimping?

Answer: No, this product is not for hair crimping silly!It is for sealing bags back.

Will this also seal ziploc freezer bags?

Answer: I tried this mini bag sealer to seal storage bags, potato chip bags, coffee bags even colorstreet nail strips. all works fine. But I got a tip that the sealer needs to be preheated before seal thick bag
