My first impressions of this vacuum sealer are very positive. Upon unboxing, I noticed a few extras and features that you don’t always see included. First, the sealer comes with a storage bag – maybe not a big deal to some, but I thought it was a nice bonus. Additionally, there is a suction tube to connect to containers. Also included are an extra seal ring and some bags to get you started.

Upon pulling it out of the box, I noticed that it was built fairly solid. Another very nice feature is the cubby hole on the bottom for the power cord – paired with the bag, it makes for convenient storage. The sealer has only 3 buttons, thus making operation a fairly straightforward task.

Although I really like some of the aesthetics and cosmetic features of the sealer, the real question is – how well does it work? In my opinion, the sealer works quite well. I tried sealing a few different items from around the house: meat, veggies, candy, etc. I never experienced a problem with a failed attempt. The suction was always very good and the seal was always intact.

Check out the video for a demonstration of operation. The sound is a little louder than some other sealers, but overall it’s not too bad. The lid is easy to latch in place and easy to disengage. I don’t have any vacuum seal containers, so I wasn’t able to test that aspect. Overall, I really like this sealer – it works well and the little extra features show that someone put some thought into the design.

Who knew I could get so much in my freezer? I love this little machine.

I feel like I can take on the world. I will update this review after a couple of months of use but after one week this is a thumbs up!!

Wow, it works great! I used it to seal my chilies and other loose spices.

I used some of the backs that came with it but was able to seal the bags some of the spices were in as well A+++ and for the price you can’t beat it!

no set up needed this works straight out of the box. The cable tucks neatly underneath the machine and it is very simple to operate. The first couple of times I didn't get the vacuum working but that turned out to be user error, as I had pushed too much of the plastic bag through. Third time worked a charm. There are three settings, vacuum and seal, seal, and inching so you can use it for delicate foods, and for sauces as well as more robust larger items like chicken portions. Compact and neat, comes with spare foam insert and a tube for when vacuuming containers. There is a nice selection of 2 sizes of starter bags to get you going.

Sincerely Yours : Works, only time can tell on how robust this item lasts versus our preferred brand.

We are a family of food saver brand. We wanted to upgrade our older and now very large FS. We tried a number of nonFS brand, and there is a lot of garbage out there. What I liked about this model is that it has tube for those who still have FS’s equipment; the plug has a home so no loose wiring, pretty slim and very light [made of all plastic parts, the vacuum part is deep enough to ensure the vacuum function can work. I had put this machine through a number of jobs and the one negative is that you need to press both ends as it performs it role; definitely, for the first 5 seconds of it starting. At least the is a button to vacuum and seal, and second button just to seal. It’s a wee bit noisy, but so is our smaller FS. Happy for the price point, and curious on how robust it will be as for now, our 10+ year old FS still works.

Very easy to use, only bad thing was only like 3 bags were some good, the others wouldn’t hold a vac seal.
