Answer: Approximately 6 inches

Is the clamp to this cutting board, stailess steal ?

Answer: I think it is I had one for about 20 years. Looked exactly like this one. Never had a speck of rust and cleaned very easy

Answer: We bought this one as a gift because my husband enjoyed his for many years. The original one looked exactly the same and never rusted. I’m hoping the one we gifted is stainless as well but I can’t promise that. Sorry.

It’s got to be easier to fillet a fish on this? Surely!
He’s never seen one before....
The clip to hold the fish tail was very strong and the fish scaler was good quality too.
