Item received promptly and was professionally packaged. Unfortunately, the fly box was broken at the clasp. It appeared to be a nice box and was designed similar to many other boxes. The flies were great and we didn't want to return the entire order (and not have the flies). We sent one email to the seller and was immediately sent out a new fly box. We were very impressed at their prompt attention to the issue. We look forward to doing business with them again and highly recommend Ventures Fly Co.

These are perfect for the beginner, who is just starting out. Received my order and went out to the river that afternoon. Second cast, had a bite, set the hook and landed the fish. What more can you say than that? The cards that come with the flys are just as great! They are laminated so you can bring em to the water with you, and not worry about trashing them. To the inexperienced such as my self, they are perfect to help identify the appropriate fly for the current conditions. The box, is a pretty substantial size, and pretty decent quality as well. Plenty of room for the 40 flies you get and a whole mess more! You won’t be disappointed with this purchase. It’s only a matter of time until I order again from Ventures.
