Good value for money. Work well. Only reason I give one star less is that it has a terrible plastic melting smell if temperature is higher than 150F. The smell doesn't attach to the food but it smells so strong and spreads to every corner of the house.

I used these to vacume pack deer and lamb. They are cheep, low memory (goes't curl into a tube), and they seal really well and there design helps pull all the air out when vacumpacking. They really helped get a lot of meat safely frozen and organized.

We got these bags for use when we processed our chickens. We processed 40 chickens for home use and this product was perfect for that. It sealed quickly and so far has held up really well, it should keep the meat fresh for much longer and no freezer burn. Very helpful when trying to homestead/raise your own meat! So we all know name brand Foodsaver bags are extremely overpriced. I mean 3x 11in rolls that total 48 feet for 28 bucks? My goodness. Well anyway I was looking for generics and came across these and you are getting double the length for half the cost. Seems to good to be true right? I was skeptical also. Well they came today and I still had a little bit of a 11in name brand roll left and I compared the two and honestly I couldn't see a difference. The plastic on both the smooth side and the textured side were to feel and sight the same as the name brand ones. I honestly could not tell a difference. The plastic didn't feel cheap or brittle and I saw no deformations or issues with the roll.

As for working with the machine I have a Foodsaver V4840. While they do not fit inside the storage compartment for obvious reasons (it will once you use it some) the couple bags I did sealed perfect and sucked all the air out quite nice on some steaks and chicken. Once again I did not see a difference between the name brand and these. I'm really happy with them and would 100% recommend.

Use almost daily with my seal a meal for individual servings in the freezer and ready to heat and serve!

Sequim : A little too big to fit but easily fixed by cutting off a few feet.

The roll diameter is a bit too large to fit in the supply cavity of our Foodmaker brand sealer. So my wife removed about 10 feet to remedy this This 10 foot surplus was easily rolled and placed in the sealer for use. It is now finished and the remaining 40 feet of the roll is now in the sealer and working nicely.

These rolls are awesome! Work just as well as the name brand vacuum sealer bags. They DO NOT fit in the machine holder because they are so big. Once you use it, they'll eventually fit. I bought the 8 inch and then the 11 inch. I wish they'd do a combo of the different sizes (haven't checked if they actually do).
