Answer: I love it! Always sharp, cleans & stores easily. Adjustable blade length is perfect for larger fish. Small enough to store easily, big enough for any job. Cutco knives are always pricey, but I own 5, and love them all. I have owned this knife for several years, and not one problem ever. Well worth the money. You will never need another filet knife! Cutco stands behind all of their products. One of my favorite companies to deal with. Buy the knife!! You will love it!

Answer: No there is only one blade. If you look it up under CUTCO, it would tell you it is an adjustable blade. Blade length 6" - 9" adjustable blade.

According to a youtube video , Cutco will come out and sharpen the knife forever. Is that true?

Answer: It is. HOWEVER, they use that opportunity to conduct high pressure sales. I recommend getting a knife sharpener.

Cutco knives are the most impressive cutlery tools ever. It's silly to buy any other knives because Cutco has the FOREVER guarantee. If the knife ever breaks or needs repared, Cutco will do that for free. They also resharpen the knives for free, all you have to do is pay shipping. And although I just mentioned resharpening, any of their knives with the Double-D edge will last you between 7-10 years, cutting like new every time. I know at least 50 people that own Cutco, several of which have owned Cutco for 40-50 years! And they are still the originals, but they know if anything ever goes wrong with them, they can practically replace their entire set for free! I hope this helps!

Amazon Customer : Good Fillet Knife

I have been looking for a good fillet knife. This knife keeps an edge well. The company claims they will sharpen it for free. I will see when it gets dull. I have cleaned 6 or 7 large halibut with this so far and it is better than any knife I have had. The case is fish holding pliers. I am not really sure that the pliers are very useful. I haven't used the pliers but it holds the knife well and has a fish hook sharpener on the back. I may buy another one. I am pretty happy with it.

The Fisherman Solution is a great knife. My husband uses it and he has bought at least 4 more for gifts. You can get it a lot cheaper from the company though. The rep I always order from has his own website www.myknifeguymatt.com he always gives us great deals.

I have had one of these knives close to 30 years is one of the sharpest most flexible blades I've ever seen glad to see the product on Amazon only problem is I paid $19.95 many years ago for what now is $ 90 but I would say it's well worth it at $150
