I got this "Mini bag sealer" to try. This is actually the 2nd sealer I got and I like it better than the first one. Here is my review.
The good:
- Built-in rechargeable battery. The first one I had use AAA battery which doesn't last long.
- Great value. It comes in pairs with similar price as the other one I had.
- Works as expected and quite easy to use. Preheat it for 5 second and apply it on the bag, it will do the sealing using heat.

I have been using a flat iron to seal mylar bags for a while now. I thought this might be handier to use since there is not a cord involved.
HOW DO THESE COME?
These come in two cardboard boxes for each item. There is a recharge cord in with each sealer.
CORDS
The cords for charging are short, and they are micro USB.
HOW TO USE
I am still trying to get the hang of this. The idea is that you press down on the heater with nothing in it for 3-5 seconds. I guess that warms it up. Then you put it in the middle of the bag and slide to an end. You may have to do it more than once. Then you press and slide from middle to opposite end.
DOES IT WORK FOR ME
I have struggled with this from time to time. I am still not great at it, but I eventually get it to seal. Mylar bags is what I use this most on and I had to run it 3 times and I could not tell if it was sealed like I can with a flat iron. It eventually seals, but it is still a work in progress.
THE BOTTOM LINE
These are easy to use, but not easy for me to get the hang of on thicker mylar bags. For thinner bags, it is hit and miss, but it does work.

When I saw this product originally, I wasn't sure how efficient it would be. Even if the product were to create a sound seal, there are logistical considerations when "swiping" the sealer across the top of an open bag. The product met my expectations head on.
Using this sealer effectively takes a lot of practice, and even then it's difficult to standardize the process because of the variety of packaging materials and their thickness, all of which impact the speed and efficiency of the sealing process. Using the sealer is fairly simple... click the button on the sealer, compress it for a few seconds to heat it up, then compress it against and swipe it across the open length of the bag. Be aware that the speed at which you swipe the sealer is crucial to creating a proper seal. I've yet to create a proper seal on the first try.
In addition to the swiping speed issue is the fact that it's quite difficult to handle an open-ended bag of product and to make a consistent swipe from edge to edge.
I do appreciate that the sealer is cordless and that it employs a battery that's charged using a standard USB adapter. I also appreciate that the base of the unit is magnetic, permitting it to be attached to any magnetic appliance door for easy access. However, I suspect that these sealers will soon end up in my never, never land of abandoned toys. I have a full-sized vacuum sealer readily on hand, and if I need to seal a chip bag, for example, it's far easier to drop the bag across the bars and effect a manual seal across the full width of the bag. Conceptually, this is a great idea, but in reality the execution just isn't there yet. I would not recommend the product.

I like how these sealers work, yes I got 2, 1 for the front room and the other for the kitchen, however I do have a foodsaver product so maybe I'll take it to the garage. This sealer will seal heavy bags with ease. It is a little hard to hold on to the side you are starting from but once you start even with thick bags don't go to slow, it will seal the bags well. It takes time to get to know any item so don't give up try different types of bags, thin bags go fast.

I am impressed with this little device, it is the first I have ever used of its kind and I think it works well. It is way better than having 20 chip clips hanging around on your fridge. Very easy to use just push the button and slide across the top of your chip bags. Slide at a medium speed not too fast and not to slow. Takes a few try's to get the hang of it but not hard at all. It also comes with a conceded bag opener to help open chips too. Very handy and worth the money.

I had issues with the chip bag sealing, however the company was amazing and responded quickly. It does work well on thinner bags.

Very useful when diving, I seal pipes and lighter. Very useful on the road, for sticking holes, damaged condoms. The raincoat is sealed. A leaky schoolbag is welded to school. Easy to approach. Good for stripping electronik wire or thin cable. I also welded aluminum foil. It has many uses and the battery lasts for many hours of work. I recommend it.
