Answer: The solid fruit tray without the holes is 11 3/8 (W) and the (L) is 12 7/8/ I hope this helps.

Answer: I don't know what you are talking about. I haven't had a problem with my metal trays. I did order six each of the two types of insert trays and I'm glad that I did. I'm careful to keep the insert trays either in their original folders or in the machine.

Answer: I have used my Cosori extensively and have not had a warping issue.

Would it be possible to use these trays to dehydrate juice?

Answer: These trays are great for using puréed fruit to make fruit leather. I am unsure of straight juice but I think it should work.

Answer: No...not at all. Made a complete mess in my dehydrator. They even warped, will not lay flat.

Answer: You have to buy trays to dehydrate berry pulp. I think juice would be a massive clean-up.

Answer: They can be used to make fruit leather. They will hold blended friuts which are partially liquid form. So I suppose they could be used to dry juice. Although honestly I've never heard of doing so.

I bought 4 and tried to dehydrate some bone broth. It's in the dehydrator now, and they warped and dumped most of my broth onto the bottom of the dehydrator, and then leaked into my floor. I'm looking for some metal trays now. Avoid if you have light liquids to dehydrate.

These are crap, they are hard plastic and at over 130° they will bow up in the middle only leaving a small amount to dehydrate on the out side edge.

I love the new Cosori I received, but as a design flaw in the mesh, they weren't created to extend to the full width of the tray, so you have a good 3/4" gap along all edges of the tray. And for those of us who do a lot of dehydrating, that's wasted space.

Instead, I recommend folks buy the larger 14x14 sheets and cut them down to fit exactly. Also, they are less expensive to purchase on Cosori's website than here on Amazon.

Just me : No complaint

I ordered additional trays so I could make more fruit leather. You do need to place parchment paper over them to make fruit leather. The machine only came with two trays. These are exactly the same ones that come with the machine. They are very smooth and easy to clean. I'm very careful not to scratch the trays when cleaning them. I suspect that scratches would make them more difficult to clean as well as more likely to stick to food. I looked for a substitute or off brand item but couldn't find any with the proper measurements. I'm sure that is by design. I think the price is a bit high for sheets of plastic, but what can you do? They work and they fit so I'm happy.

These trays are like the originals that came with my dehydrator. Great quality. I’ve also bought silicone ones but they are are not sturdy, these are! You do have to spray it lightly with oil when making fruit roll ups, it makes it so easy to peel off and roll up.

A solid bottom tray for a dehydrator is, as far as I know, most useful for fruit leathers, eggs, and other more fluid food preparations.

These trays have a decent capacity, but they fail to retain their shape, resulting in a good deal of spillover and little practical use.

Too cheap to return, but I will definitely not be buying them again.
