I would recommend this dehydrator its so quiet, wasn’t expecting that. I love the look, I can leave it on the kitchen counter. Works great also. One negative would be i wish it had 10 or 12 racks.

We’ll long story short, the unit I received looks like it was hit by an Amazon truck. Unit was clean but extremely dented. Did not power up and was missing the trays it said should have come with it.
Now I’m wasting my time running around to return this and the meat I had ready to dehydrate. This was a huge let down. Never again will I purchase a used item from Amazon.

This is an excellent dehydrator. Intuitive touch settings for temperature up to 165 high enough to "cook" meats to safety and down low enough for sensitive fruits. The best part is that it is virtually silent in operation - we all love to catch me home to the smell of jerky in the Cosori. The racks fit in the dishwasher - I use the fruit leather tray as a drip catcher it fits nicely.in the dishwasher also (top rack recommended).
