I need a 1 1/2 inch diameter center hole. Do you have them, or are these able to be drilled to a larger size?

Answer: You should be able to drill them to 1.5 inches if the drill bit is 60% of the length of the buoy.

Answer: They actually are made to identify there is a crab trap below in the water.

Answer: These small buoys can float approximately 5-7 lbs. I use mine to float a 10 ft chain.

The buoy themselves are of good quality. BUT I highly suspect that what I received are used ones not new. Once taken out of plastic bags they gave out a really bad funky smell and the white part is yellowish and have many black spots. We decided to keep them mainly because we have to use buoy in two days and a replacement will not be in time for our crabbing trip. Very disappointed!

These perform exactly as advertised. Our only problem is that the size (diameter) of the holes in not uniform. Only one of the 6 we ordered actually allowed for a piece of PVC of the specified size to be easily inserted through the hole. For 5 of them, it was too snug and required some "modification" to enlarge enough to slip the conduit through them.
