Answer: At the right temperature and time definitely. I used 1/4” thick EVA and it was an effective bond.

Richard H. : Fast, accurate seal.

I have only used this product on Aluminized Mylar resealable bags. At 150C, nicely crimps and seals the bag in a few seconds. It seems to be as strong as a factory seal. I haven't had it long enough to evaluate its durability, but it appears to be well made and sturdy.
