Whats the weight per ft?

Answer: not enough it doesn't sink fast enough after 100 casts you might have one or two baits total! I went back to my old one with a huge hole and caught a few dozen with in 2 casts.

Answer: It's twine. I would NOT recommend this net. It lacks sufficient weight to sink fast enough to catch bait. The twine is much more likely to entangle relative to mono.

after about 1000 throws I only had about 1/2 a dozen. I switched back to my old one with a huge hole I caught several dozen in a couple throws. We threw them both and it its about a second slower to sink a foot deep

Junk do not buy weights are so small they fall through the mesh tangles like crazy been throwing cast nets for over 25 years and this is the biggest piece of junk ever tried waste of money

The quality of the net and packaging was excellent. The 4ft. net is just the right size for someone young just learning to cast, and for an older person like me ( 80 yrs ) beginning to throw again after many years not doing so.

Again having heart breaking disappointment with wrong item delivered again and again , order#11394956032377849 and last time I raised the issue and explained what went went wrong , last sent net was brown in color but same texture and light sinkers . last net I had to add sinkers which cost me extra R300/00 but still failed or served the purpose but I could add few photos of the right net which I bought through the amazon online 2 years back , the correct net comes with a BUCKET , Heavy sinker(almost 9lbs/4.5 kg) Nylon material , white etc , PLEASE DO SEE THE PHOTOS
