The net itself is great , the little carrying bag that came with it was poorly stitched and broke as soon as I went to use it .considering I paid for a net and the net is quality I am happy !

The weights are coated in plastic so you to not have to hold lead in your mouth when casting. It is sturdy, throws very well and has a nice travel bag. This is my first time buying a cast net online and I am totally content with this purchase.

We used this in a freshwater environment for about 6 weekends....the tears in the monafilament under what i consider normal use were numerous. i think the quality can be improved even at this price point

This net sucks. Just straight up. The gaps in the net are a lot larger than the 3/8 they advertise which resulted in most of the mullet I would pull in getting their heads stuck to the point I would either end up stretching the net even larger or beheading the mullet. Save your money and go to your local bait shop and buy a better and cheaper one. It's what I e ended up doing
