Answer: Amazon should be referring you to the seller. their instructions are horrible. I just bought this item and havent had to replace the ribbon. I have another similar sealer but I dont remember how I changed the ribbon but it was not easy. Go on youtube and ask "HOW TO CHANGE RIBBON ON FR-900 SEALER". I found lots of helpful info on this sealer. Good luck :)
