Can’t go wrong with this reel. Damn nice. Super smooth reeling. Craftsmanship is great. Very nice finish. Nicest reel I’ve ever owned.

One of the best reels l’ve owned. Has a very smooth drag. I purchase a 300 and 400. 300 is great for casting all day, 400 is a great reel too, but a little wide for casting all day. I liked the 300 so much l purchased 2 more. Only thing it doesn’t have is a bait clicker. I think if the 400 had a bait clicker like the old Calcutta 400, l would use it for bait fishing.
