What is the size of the mesh openings? Are they small enough for almonds not to fall through?

Answer: The stainless steel square openings are .5" x .5"

Are these 100% stainless steel? No silicone or plastic even in the mesh?

Answer: 100% just took a really close look at mine and I could not see any plastic or silicone. If there is any, they did a really good job of hiding it.

Would these work in my oven which has a dehydrator mode?

Answer: I don't see why not!

do you have 12" x 14"?

Can you use them in an air fryer ?

Answer: I would think it would have to be a very large air fryer...and it depends on what your air fryer says you can use in it. If you can use stainless steel in your air fryer then yes however if not then no. I bought these for a dehydrator because I do not like food prepared on plastic. :)

Answer: I use them in the air fry oven when drying fruits and veggies.

Will this work with ninja foodie sp101?

will these trays fit a gourmia dehydrator?

Answer: I have the Gourmia Model# GFD1680 and they fit perfectly. They should fit any other model that uses 12”X13” shelves.
