Answer: It's very fine mesh. Nothing gets through except water.

Answer: It is a very thin mesh Fish will not go through

Answer: VERY small, can’t measure them with a standard ruler

Six months, and the net is already fraying, and the scoping handle doesn't work (plastic ring around bottom is broken). Is there a warranty on it?

Answer: If the fish were fairly shallow. I use it in my 60 gallon watering trough to catch the fish and clean out the leaves.

I got this to pull debris from a small water feature pond. It's extremely lightweight and I fear for it's durability. It's very flimsy and it gets stuck often when telescoping it to its full length. I would not recommend filling the net completely if the pole is extended out to the max length. It's not a bad net but definitely not something thats going to stand the test of time I think.

This seemed like a very good product at first. The handle is comfortable, it telescoped easily, and the net worked great.
However after just a couple short months of using it, the net broke free from the handle. Upon further inspection I noticed a lot of rust, and that the net was only secured with glue or epoxy, to the handle.
I definitely would not buy this net again, nor can I recommend it to you

Not the strongest net, but the fine mesh catches so much. The telescoping is a nice feature. We use it for an outdoor hot tub. It was a inexpensive, easy to store and user-friendly choice.

I bought this to retrieve baby ducks that fall down into water runoff grates in my neighborhood. We have a lot of ducks around here and this happens more than one would think. The expandable pole was a little short for this to meet all of my needs but I am able to attach an additional expandable pole (with some duct tape) to make it work.
