When you twitch or jerk the bait, it nose dives very deep, the floats to the surface tail up/head down.

Upon Initial review, all I can say is WOW! Bass fishing is an expensive sport and these jerk baits can’t be beat for the price. They’re pretty much identical to the $12 lures that I usually buy. However, I would highly recommend upgrading the hooks. The hooks are VERY sharp but I’m not sure they will hold up to an 8lb bass.

Like our two striped bass with in 10 minutes with this lure. Similar results to Rattle Trap with a fraction of the cost. I lost two initially due to aging spiderwire which I changed out and after that I had no more problems. 13.99 for 10 it's a steal so I wasn't as pissed off as I would have been if they were $7 or 8 a piece. To all the naysayers out there I think it works great as long as there's fish you will catch something with it. I plan on ordering another set. I will be traveling back to Florida I will be curious to see if it works with drum fish and red fish.

So 8 out of the 10 lures completely filled with water after the first few casts. Makes them unusable. Unless your goal is to dredge the bottom and break off. It’s better just buying a single quality jerk bait.

Love these lures. I've been catching a lot of bass with them. I took off one star because the paint jobs aren't great but the fish don't seem to mind. A steady retrieve with slight jerks works great. I will definitely be purchasing again.

Wow, I am very impressed by the quality of these lures. They are well built and life like. The swimming action is just as good as any brand name lure. The hooks are kind of middle of the road. They seem good enough to do the job but I switched them for higher quality, sharp treble hooks. But that's just my preference, you really don't need to swap them.
All in all, a good buy.

Got in the mail today and took it out. Caught 6 bass and lure cracked, hooks bent and eyes gone. Did its job and caught fish but into the trash that one goes.

At first I was pretty excited to try these lures due to the great colors and shape, but I am very disappointed now. I have a large swimming pool that I try lures out in before going to the lake with them. I don't know if its cheap construction or I got a defective batch, but these don't swim right like lipless cranks should swim. A few of the lures actually swim with a good wobble but more than half are drug through the water sideways and flip upside down and around as they are reeled in. Most of these lures wouldn't catch a bass if he was starving. A fish would take one look and say somethings not right here. Don't buy these if they are all like this. Very dissapointing.

Float perfectly. Good depth when retrieving. A tad bigger than I prefer for regular bass fishing (but just a preference of mine). Excellent treble hooks. Great variety of colors for different light situations. Great for fishing as top water or 1 to 2 feet below surface on retrieve.

Marius Monnig : Rapala XRap Carbon Copy

So I bought jerkbaits since they look similar to the rapala xrap xr10 jerkbaits. The clown color is my go-to, but at $12.50 a piece, it starts getting price if you fish the snaggy area I fish. For walleye, the clown Xrap is hard to beat. It just kills it. I've also caught smallmouth and largemouth bass on them and the occasional brown trout. I've even had musky bite em off. Getting back to the product on hand though, this is a carbon copy. Now the erratic action is not exactly the same, but it works. The buoyancy is not the same either, as it doesn't suspend, but rise slowly. This is easy to fix with the rapala weighted suspen-dots tho to achieve just the right weight. The other fix I made to them is adding a feathered treble hook. I agree with some reviews that the split rings aren't high quality, but you have to remember what you're paying for the item as well. Split rings are cheap and an easy replacement.
All this being said, and the few changes made, I took them to the lake a couple days ago and fished them side by side with the rapala xrap, and the results were similar. For the record, i'm personally just interested in the pink and clown color jerkbaits, but the other ones are useful as well. The most important part here is the flash and the erratic movement. Along with your retrieve, that's what's actually gonna get you bites.
All this being said, I want to give this 4 stars because they are overpriced on amazon. My initial purchase was here, but after more research I went directly to the source and bought in bulk - this allowed me to only get the colors I wanted too (or if you don't need bulk, Ali express is great as well). This may not last however with today's world and looming tariffs, which is why I bought want I wanted there.

Should be a ZERO star but wanted people to read it. They do nothing but spin in circles. Terrible action so save your money. I tried reeling slow, medium and fast and can't get these to track true. I thought maybe it was something I was doing so I gave one to my brother to use and he came back 15 minutes later and threw the lure back at me. He said it does nothing but spin in circles. No wobble or anything.

I buy most of my lures online because I hate the brick store mark up and these by far were the worst.
