Honestly pretty impressed with these, for about $1.25 each they do look rather nice, I mostly bought them as I like really reflective baits/lures and these have a holographic like effect to them. Most cheaper lures just have a metallic silver paint but I wanted something a little more. The hooks are not amazing, several don't run perfectly straight (I bent the nose ring slightly) which fixed that, I don't really know what else to say for the price I'm very pleased with them, they remind me a lot of Rapala x-raps from a design/shape stand point.

They are not 100% identical but I honestly wouldn't be surprised at all if they just made a clone of an x-rap and used that as their model for the lures body.

I caught a 26" Pike and a 18" walleye within a few minutes of each other, my dad using a cleo didn't get a bite. For the price these are actually pretty good, Pike didn't chew it up at all... Hooks are really sharp would buy again.

I used them for about a month and i was loving them. Then the lures stared to rust which was not a big deal as i replaced them. However I had a couple lures actually brake in half when a fish hooked up. These fish did not have teeth so that was not the problem it must have been bad plastic or something along those lines.

This product was far better quality than I had expected. Colors are vibrant, exactly as advertised. Would highly recommend. At least as good as Rapala but much more reasonably priced.

Marius Monnig : Rapala XRap Carbon Copy

So I bought jerkbaits since they look similar to the rapala xrap xr10 jerkbaits. The clown color is my go-to, but at $12.50 a piece, it starts getting price if you fish the snaggy area I fish. For walleye, the clown Xrap is hard to beat. It just kills it. I've also caught smallmouth and largemouth bass on them and the occasional brown trout. I've even had musky bite em off. Getting back to the product on hand though, this is a carbon copy. Now the erratic action is not exactly the same, but it works. The buoyancy is not the same either, as it doesn't suspend, but rise slowly. This is easy to fix with the rapala weighted suspen-dots tho to achieve just the right weight. The other fix I made to them is adding a feathered treble hook. I agree with some reviews that the split rings aren't high quality, but you have to remember what you're paying for the item as well. Split rings are cheap and an easy replacement.
All this being said, and the few changes made, I took them to the lake a couple days ago and fished them side by side with the rapala xrap, and the results were similar. For the record, i'm personally just interested in the pink and clown color jerkbaits, but the other ones are useful as well. The most important part here is the flash and the erratic movement. Along with your retrieve, that's what's actually gonna get you bites.
All this being said, I want to give this 4 stars because they are overpriced on amazon. My initial purchase was here, but after more research I went directly to the source and bought in bulk - this allowed me to only get the colors I wanted too (or if you don't need bulk, Ali express is great as well). This may not last however with today's world and looming tariffs, which is why I bought want I wanted there.

Should be a ZERO star but wanted people to read it. They do nothing but spin in circles. Terrible action so save your money. I tried reeling slow, medium and fast and can't get these to track true. I thought maybe it was something I was doing so I gave one to my brother to use and he came back 15 minutes later and threw the lure back at me. He said it does nothing but spin in circles. No wobble or anything.

I buy most of my lures online because I hate the brick store mark up and these by far were the worst.

moba : Fractions of a Rat-L-Trap

This are basically the same thing as the Rat-L-Trap lures for a fraction of the cost. You get 10 great lures and they make lots of noise. First time using them, these caught 4 northern pike and we saw a few more follow. The ones that got hooked, stayed on and we watched them just destroy the lure subsurface.

I recommend casting out (they will fly with 6# line and 7ft+ pole), using a slow/medium speed retrieve, and jig them often and sporadically to get the rattles going.

I've used rapala x-raps, smithwick rogue, lucky craft pointers, etc. The action on these cheaper lures is on tier with them and they look surprisingly good, nice reflective coating that gives off a very good flash on twitch.

These look very nice in paint job , 8 out of 10 rattles stick and will not rattle , they do not float . will try to drill a hole to remove the balls and putty the hole closed to make them float . but at $1.30 a piece is better then $14.00 each for rapalas with one lost due to bite off .

Bought these a while ago and did not get a chance to review them.
These are awesome lures. The hooks are really sharp and it takes a little getting used to to stop hooking yourself.
When my friend and I took these out to the lake he caught a fish within five minutes (BASS Large Mouth).
Then another one and another one (Blue Gill). It took me a while but I finally caught a couple. WE left for the day catching 7.
Went back the next day and caught 5. These lures are great. Just reel in slowly when near the shore. let them float up a little by pausing. They look so life like fish if in the area will hit them hard and often. The lighter Colors seem to work better so far

TOMD : Similar in Size and Shape of Rapala

Initial Visual. These lures look okay from the side, top and bottom. They are 4" but the front diving nose is narrower and longer the the X Rap. That will have some effect on how deep they will go. They do have a rattle inside. On the clear ones I see 4 bbs. The hooks are sharp but are not as heavy duty so cant tell how they will hold up. They feel a little lighter in weight so will need to cast them before I know much else. We all know lures and fishing tackle in general is overpriced. For the money I would say they are worth it if they catch fish. Don't see why they wouldn't unless they track poorly. I will be using them in salt mostly. If I have success with them I will be buying more as the Rapala are going for $10 each.

Like our two striped bass with in 10 minutes with this lure. Similar results to Rattle Trap with a fraction of the cost. I lost two initially due to aging spiderwire which I changed out and after that I had no more problems. 13.99 for 10 it's a steal so I wasn't as pissed off as I would have been if they were $7 or 8 a piece. To all the naysayers out there I think it works great as long as there's fish you will catch something with it. I plan on ordering another set. I will be traveling back to Florida I will be curious to see if it works with drum fish and red fish.

Fishing tackle is always overpriced, people think fish are rocket scientists debating weather that’s a real expensive lure or not- as if they only bite money lures. These have good action, and are extremely sharp. Rapala should be mad, that these are just as good as their lures, for a fraction of the cost. Action is very good as well. I received them all in a nice small package. Beautiful different colors, some sharp yellow and orange and blue and a couple of relatively clear ones. I tried the sharp yellow one, kayak fishing. I caught about ten (4 large mouth, 4 small mouth and 2 blue gill!) all with the same lure. Switched to worm, spinner and had zero success, not even a bite.
The reason I am giving it 4 stars is, that it is not really top water. If there is a flow, like I fished on a river, it goes below water, has a realistic nice movement. If there is not much water then it comes almost to the surface. I have to mention This DOES NOT make any noises while reeling back, not even when it is on the surface.

I like the colors of the type E. They look the part and the action works OK. But, these will leak water and begin to rust inside leaving brown stains visible from the outside. For the money, these can only be treated as disposable. For what it is, it is nice to try each color to see what will work for the conditions and fish you seek.
