I want sanlike 6000 trolling reel

I received this and the drag will not work, it will not set above 3 pounds. Is it defective?

Dose it have a clicker

I received this and can't seem to get the drag set above 3 pounds at full drag or drag washers needed for is the reel not working properly?

How do you adjust the drag on this reel? I'd like to used it but if I can't make the drag higher than 3lbs I'm returning it.
