Answer: Whether their made in USA is a concern, since China can add toxins to the ingredients. Legitimate question, and YES we are in a cold war with china.

Answer: After they are opened, they last about 3 months. I have had 2 bags go bad unopened after only 6 months. But they were kept in the garage where it’s hot. However, I have seen them in tackle shops half dried up and darkened still on the shelf.

P Son : Work great on smaller hook set up.

I mostly use this on a high/low with size 4 circle hook (too lazy to watch the tip and setting hook). Work on many species (croaker, spot, trout, white perch, drum, and occasionally catfish hit it too). Though they tend to prefer the shrimp scent. I experimented with two scents "Sand flea" and "Shrimp", with shrimp being the top rig and Sand flea on bottom rig. I say 8/10 they would go for the shrimp scent. Will definitely pick up some of the other scents like clam, squid, and blood worm. Also they stay on the hook extremely well, and you just need a little bit of it. Though the down size of it, is also taking off the hook as the mesh would get stuck on the barb.

This is a great product. I can use by itself or with frozen shrimp and double my chances. I have caught a lot fish with these and will continue to purchase. Thanks to Bama Beach Bum on YouTube for showing how well this works.

If you surf fish at least in Florida. And want to catch a fish without lugging shrimp or bait or digging sand fleas. This is the bait for you. At first look I was thinking what the heck. But gave them a try and was blown away! Just be sure to seal the package well. They do tend to dry up after a month or two. Even unopened if kept in the garage where it may get hot.

Fish bites is a phenomenal product. I use it by itself and sometimes will put it on with a piece of bait. I’ve seen no difference in using it by itself versus using with bait added. The fish love it. I’ve caught red fish, black drum, sailors choice, trout you name it on this product. It’s very durable and last for a long time. I would highly recommend.

Saw fish bites on a YOU Tube video and decided to try it. Overall, very productive. Easy to use, not worried about storing bait, no mess, and as effective as live. I caught Red Fish, Drum, Sheepshead, Pompano and a few catfish. I was fishing alongside other anglers on the beach using cut bait, live bait and market bait, I caught better quality fish than they did. I'm sold on it

I went on a bay Fishing trip last summer in Rockport TX. The guide was using these strips caught a limit of black drum and some redfish on these strips. I tried them on fresh water catfish when i got home the next weekend caught 21 catfish on the strips Its all i use now cut off a 1 inch piece wrap it around a #8 treble hook no mess no stink and i caught 6 fish on one piece of bait . it also comes in several other colors and flavors but the EZ shrimp works great

It could be just my experience, but I didn't find it as effective. There were many good sized fish in water but this bait was being picked in small bites by tiny fishes untill it was gone.
I had better luck with live shrimp instead. Nutshell I will continue to use it for better experience.

Easy to use but did dissolve fairly quickly.
Good backup for when bait is hard to get but I wouldn't totally rely on it . The pompano hit the fresh peal shrimp at a quicker rate than the Fishbites. It's clean and doesn't smell. It be good for teaching kids to fish I think.

I have used fish bites for years. It is a great way to have bait with you when ever you see water. Just put a small piece on and go. Usually I put a few pieces in a fanny pack, that way I can walk around and not carry a tackle box.

Alan : Great for Beach fishing or a trailer on a Jig.

I cut mine in small diamond shapes, it stays on the hook and the little nasty fish can't rip it off. Puts some good scent in the water and catches fish.

Spend : Great bait for bottom fishing in salt water

I use these to bottom fish in the Puget Sound. I fish for flounder, and dogfish mostly. They work great because the mesh material allows them to stay on the hook for a very long time. It is also a very convenient bait because I can keep them in my tackle box, unlike the fresh squid I was using. I would highly recommend these, even if it's just to keep in your boat or box in case you run out of your normal bait.
