Answer: Yes they are look on Amazon check out Ozark trail marker buoy I use both and the trail marker retrieves faster and is not as pricey.

Answer: no it can not be used for scuba diving......its way to small

Answer: About 12 inch long. Sits low in water. I am diver. Would not use it for diving. No visibility from any lateral distance

Answer: Weighs enough to hold the bouy easily. I would say it is over a pound easy.

Is the yellow the same as the others? It looks different in the pic.

Answer: They might drift some? They have about 8-10 oz of lead each

Answer: You only want orange. On choppy water they are hard to spot.

Answer: Yes they are weighted on one side they are great. I love mine!

To the seller: These worked great until we used the yellow one. It sank! Can you send a replacement?

Answer: That's crazy..not problems with our yellow one

Installed these below my day box on my 06 Skeeter. I believe it is a must have for any fisherman that doesn't have the latest and greatest GPS guided trolling motor and fish finders. Still would recommend them even then for redundancy. The pouches also have weep holes on the bottom of each holster to allow drainage.

I used this for the first time during a kayak training as it works perfectly for being a marker to paddle around; however, when I went to retrieve it out of the water, the metal weight snagged on something in the water, and the line snapped... It would be nice to have a couple extra weights come with these since it snapped on the first time use.

All the description picks show a dark colored rack, mine came with a tan colored one. The dark one would have been a better fit with the dark carpet in my boat. Hope they work better than they look, if not i’ll Return them.
