So easy to twist tray a little and pop fruit free to then slide into baggies or other containers. Clean up is a breeze with these trays. I use them on every run not just for the small items keeps food of the stainless steel metal so avoid it from sticking to metal grates

The item name is a bit misleading. These seem to be plastic liners for the stainless steel trays.

This is a great product. The timer is a must have feature. I used a thermometer to verify the temperature settings. I found the temperature to be +-2 degrees. The stainless steel components were a must. I didn’t want plastic like other dehydrators. The recipe book is helpful to get some ideas. You definitely feel like the machine is not cheap. The viewing window could be better, but not a major drawback. I’ve used this 10 times with no problems. It’s the best dehydrator I’ve had. I’ve used some very expensive ones. One drawback for people looking to dry a large quantity, the capacity’s isn’t huge.

I purchased these additional mats because I have a Cosori dehydrator and I thought they would be just like the one may that came with my machine. And they did look just like it. However they performed nothing like the one that came with the machine. I used them for one 8 hour cook cycle at 140°. Both of these meds curled up, breaking the longer pieces of jerky that I was making. The jerky also stuck to them, and broke apart when trying to get them off the mat. I used the original mat that came with machine in that cycle as well. The one that came with the machine did not curl, and the jerky didn’t stick to it. It may come in packaging that has the Cosori name, the packaging does say they’re metal, but they are piece of crap plastic that do not perform for their intended use. I returned with no problems.

Who knew that the 1 sheet that Cosori comes with and the additional ones you can purchase are at least 1.5in smaller than the metal racks?!
What an impossibly idiotic design. I apologize, but i would never imagine that the highest rated dehydrator has such an incompatible feature they manufacture for that product specifically.

If you put it in sideways.. the length is what width should be. That leaves 1/5-1/6th of the rack uncovered. Someone on the design team needs to be fire. As well as some management that approved it.

Now I have to return all the additional sheets I got and find something else that actually fits the dimensions.
