I have a Gourmia Dehydrator and needed more of these grid liners since I do all trays of herbs or smaller items often. I'd purchased something else that had to be trimmed to fit and were floppy and wasn't happy with them and then I saw these. They are a bit more expensive than those were but WELL WORTH IT!
I'm adding them to my cart again now that I see they are exactly like the ones that came with the dehydrator and fit perfectly so I have extras on hand.

Get multiple so you can cover all your wire racks. As veggies dry they get smaller and can fall through the gaps in the stainless grill, this mat will not let things fall through. Also very thinly sliced beef can stick more to the stainless steel wire racks and this mat helps.

Celestial Seeker : Worked as expected inside my DH

These fit perfectly in my DH, just wish they weren't so expensive. My DH came with 1 mesh screen, and we all know darn well you will need more than one mesh screen if you DH has 6 grids. So eventually I will be placing another order of the set of mesh screens down the road. They are easy to clean, great with smaller pieces of food and they fit nicely on the metal grids.

I recently purchased the Cosori dehydrator. It comes with one of these sheets. The stainless mesh screens included only work for large items - most nuts and other smallish items will slip right through. I looked on here for dehydrator sheets. I first tried a silicone wrap (https://amzn.to/2UTvnD7), but I found that the holes are too small and it takes a very long time to fully dehydrate anything with them. I decided to look up Excalibur sheets (https://amzn.to/3j3V2AH) since I had them in my old dehydrator, an lo and behold, they are a far better value than the Cosori ones. They also cover a larger area whereas the Cosori ones don't fully cover the tray. I simply trimmed them to fit with a pair of scissors, and they work great and are less than half the cost of the Cosori sheets!

Excellent design, elegantly executed. So far very pleased with the results. The fan is 7" and whisper quiet, a critical feature for me.
My only quibble is that it comes with a single plastic mesh sheet and extras are sold in pairs. So for a six tray dehydrator you wind up either one short or with an extra. Doesn't make sense to me.

I use this in my Cosori dehydrator for smaller things that would fall through the wire racks. All the holes in this keep great airflow to whatever I'm dehydrating. It's also slightly flexible, and I'm glad. My dehydrated banana chip slices stuck to these, but I was able to pop them off easily when I GENTLY bent these. Most of them came off intact.

This is a great product. The timer is a must have feature. I used a thermometer to verify the temperature settings. I found the temperature to be +-2 degrees. The stainless steel components were a must. I didn’t want plastic like other dehydrators. The recipe book is helpful to get some ideas. You definitely feel like the machine is not cheap. The viewing window could be better, but not a major drawback. I’ve used this 10 times with no problems. It’s the best dehydrator I’ve had. I’ve used some very expensive ones. One drawback for people looking to dry a large quantity, the capacity’s isn’t huge.

Because it doesn't fit all the way to edges of metal grids/shelves you lose a little fill space. Smaller pieces can fall over edge of mesh and through shelf.
