Who is the most famous (non fishing pro) that you have ever fished with?
I got a text the other day from former UFC Welterweight Champion and current
Strike Force commentator Pat Miletich asking when we are going fishing. While
I know a couple of semi-famous non-fishing related celebrities, I think Pat might
be the most famous fishing partner once we go fishing.
JT Bagwell
You dont put him on fish he's going to choke your *** out ---HMMM I'd pay for pay per view for that one LOL
ummmm?? Roadwarrior!!!

LOL I train at his gym and I already told him that he may beat my a** in the gym but I will beat his a** on the water. He said not to ever underestimate a guy who grew up with a cane pole in his hands.
I guess we will see. lol
Can't believe that out of the thousands of members on here, nobody has a celebrity fishing story.

not fished with, but i spoke with blake shelton at a launch ramp once. very nice/down to earth guy
I will be taking the Richmond Times-Dispatch outdoors writer on my boat this month and he will be the most famous person I have ever had on my boat.
Hall of Fame NFL football coach and NASCAR team owner Joe Gibbs. He caught it two PB's that day on one of my homemade jigs with a Rage Tail Chunk as the trailer.
I fish off the back of a friend's boat and he was in the background of a Hank Parker interview. You could see his last name on the back of his jersey and everything. That's my most famous fishing partner.
Does it count if I am a legend in my own mind???
During the 1970s, I exchanged handwritten letters with Al Lindner,
but my wife Lois is by far my most famous fishing partner

I just clicked on to post exactly this. You beat me to it by a smidge. In answer to the question, yes I believe it does.
I'd say the closest I've come to having a "famous" fishing partner was the time I saw Tracy Bryd in concert close to my home town. Got to get his autograph before the concert and asked him if he wanted to wet some line after the concert. He thought about it for a second before he declined. LOL!
I'm always fishing with the big man up top.
The most famous person I've fished with thats not a fishing pro is my dad. A few hundred people know and like him.

Big-O. Great guy, great fisherman, great teacher, and of course great storyteller!. One of the best fishing days I've ever spent.
It was "turbalicious"!

Just some guy, who catches great fish, has great stories, teaches the people he fishes with and makes a d**n great bait line-up called Rage Tail by strike king!

Famous non-fishing partner? That'd have to be Will Herring - linebacker for the New Orleans Saints. He was a Seahawk when this picture was taken. Yup, he's a big boy.
Stan Fagerstrom. Stan is a great person and his trick casting skills still are something to marvel at.
I suppose it would be Jack Rudnay when he was the center for the Kansas City Chiefs. We used to meet on Tuesdays which was his day off.
I fish with a guy name Stu Tinney, he's in the fishing hall of fame. He's in the hall of fame for being a writer not a fisherman, however is a pretty good fisherman, especially after i taught him how to catch snook

He's not big. You're just little.
Unfortunately didn't get to fish with him but I did get to help and talk to Brad Paisley for about an hour when I worked at Cabela's. He was a really nice guy and knows a thing or two about fishing too. He was nice enough to give me tickets 3 rows back from the stage for his concert that night!

I had a dream I went fishing with Peyton Manning 2 nights ago. I don't know if he fishes, or what it says about me that I'm dreaming of fishing with peyton manning. Cool question. Tell us how the fishing trip goes.
Dominique Wilson.
I once was paired with the guy who invented PostIt notes.... He was a good fishing partner but kept trying to stick post its on all the fish to see if they would stick, I just thought it was weird...
Psyche!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
President George Bush Sr.

Fishing with Big O is like a spending a day at a Bass University except, it's a practical application class with a lot of foolin' around, joking and fun.
