Im planning on buying a new pack of plastic worm and was wondering...Whats your favourite color to use for plastic worms?
Also which brand of plastic worm is your favorite?
Many brands have different color names but they are generally the same color so just choose the option most similar to your favorite color.
PS. I've enable multiple answers but try not to choose more than 3 different colors!!
pps. Why is "color" banned from the search function of bass resource??
Junebug and Black Shad.
Black, green pumpkin or blue fleck, sorry but have to thow in red Shad also
Tequila sunrise.
I chose red shad but during the day I usually use watermellon red....

I cant list every single color. Just choose one that most resembles tequila sunrise!
In truth, I have no favorite worm color because the best hue for conditions is a moving target.
When fishing in deep water &/or dingy water, I prefer a dark color.
But in shallow water &/or clear water I'll lean to the lighter colors.

i did not vote diarrhea brown to be an idiot. i voted for this color because for me it is the most versatile in different water conditions. sorry haha

Its all good lol. I was trying to find the name of something that looks like the motor oil -ish type of color. Diarrhea brown was the closest i got to.
My #1 color, Cinnamon Pepper Neon/June Bug Laminated (Camouflage)
In order of preference:
1. Purple. specifically Tequila sunrise.
2. Black. My best producer in dingy water or at night.
3. Junebug. It sometimes works when the other two aren't getting bit.
Others that I use occasionally are red w/ blue glitter (I don't know the official name), green pumpkin and motor oil.
Tom
1. Green Pumpkin (Char. tail)
2. Motor Oil
3. Watermelon Green w/ Red Flakes
4. Red Shad
1. Green Pumpkin
2.Junebug
3. Tomato
powerworm in pumpkinseed by the 100 count pack.
How can you leave off ZOOM's Red Bug?
If not Red Bug, then Junebug

Just havin' a little fun. I know what you mean. Diarrhea brown is motor oil and Tequila Sunrise is purple.

I don't know. That's really weird.
Looking into it now...
"Dark" works for me, even in clear water. I like the "baby bass" color too. And Gary Yamamoto all the way.
I don't see bama bug
Black with blue flake is my favorite. 7 inch berkley powerworm or senko.
Of the options you listed, I chose Junebug - but "green pumpkin" is my oveall favorite and best producer.

That would be Tequila Sunrise.
Watermelon seed. Black. And purple and blue.
1.Green Pumpkin
2.Black
3.every other color I use
Nothing personal, but the question is not constructed in a manner that will give you better responses.
If you had asked about colors in different water situations the answers would give you a better picture.
First, the main colors we use the most are watermelon and green pumpkin.
If the water is clear, it is watermelon.
If the water is stained, it is green pumpkin.
If the water is dirty it is junebug or black.
Off these basic colors are many variations and we all have our favorites.
Color also is based on confidence. I like green pumpkin with black flake; junebug; and variations with red coloring. Pink and white for trick worms.
Then we can turn around and use the base colors in any water condition meaning all that I wrote above goes upside down.
Makes sense to me!!!!
Green Pumpkin/black flake or Green Pumpkin/Purple flake
Black with blue or red flake
Watermelon Seed
Berkley power worm in Camo and Motor Oil
Zoom dead ringer in Red Shad
Strike King Anaconda in Green Pumpkin w/black and Junebug
Zoom u-tail in Watermelon seed and Motor Oil chartruese
Culprit in Black w/blue tail
and thats just the curly tails
