Amazon Customer : Buyer Beware
I don't normally purchase online items that have not been reviewed numerous times but this basket looked good in the photos and description. I received this item about 2 hours ago and sorry to say it is junk and I do mean junk. If it is galvanized, I am President of the USA. Bottom support frame ring was never soldered/welded. Wire mesh and frame material is very thin compared to cheaper box store baskets. Bottom release hatch when closed has a wide enough gap that zip ties could not close it enough to keep fish in much less crabs. Top and bottom hatch springs are about twice the size of a ball point pen spring, and I mean in length not strength or diameter. Steer clear of this fish basket, it is JUNK.
