Product comes in great packaging. There is an instruction manual that tells you what to do and what not to do including cleaning the vacuum sealer. The vacuum sealer has a choice of vacuum and auto seal, or it allows you to vacuum as much as you'd like then seal it. The seal feature heats and closes the vacuum seal bags. There are even some vacuum bags that are included in the packaging.

Though I have only used this once sice purchasing, I would recomend it. We purchased on recomendation of a friend, who vaccum packs meals to take away on their boat. We have a caravan and the fridge has a small freezer, so I can fill it with pre cooked meals vaccum packed, that can stack flately in freezer. Save cooking too much while away and save of washing up, so plenty of extra time to enjoy hopefully a lovely Summer.

So far quite good, like the one touch vac and seal option. Bought to replace a very old and frankly not particularly good at vac sealing machine. Used it to sous vide a couple of fillet steaks, worked well. I also used to seal fresh meat from the butchers and very good vacuum and seal achieved.

Does a great job, easy to follow instructions and the heat seal is very good. Be aware that with wet foodstuffs you won’t get a heat seal if the inside of the bag is wet where you’re trying to seal closed. I’ve found that cutting a spare heat seal bag to slip inside the bag you’re going to seal, to keep the area to be sealed closed is the easiest way to bag successfully everytime. Food comes out perfect, never had a leak.
