Is the hardware stainless steel or plated carbon steel?

whats the buoyancy rating on a 15" ball

Answer: I'm not sure of the exact buoyancy rating, but I do know there's nearly 70% of the buoys surface above water after being installed a year ago.

Answer: i dont know what the rating is but it works well with my 22 ft boat and 200 lb anchor

Is the hardware stainless steel or plated carbon steel?

Will this 12" buoy hold a 12' chain that weighs about 20-25 lbs?

Answer: I can assure you it will hold much more weight than that. My chain is 1/2" x 20' and would guess weight at @ 100 pounds.

This is a perfect size bouy to sit just off the retaining wall of our lake house. perfect to tie off Party Island, or extra jet skis. I thought it was a good purchase.

Buoy itself is fine. The "eye" bolt for connecting to the mooring is too small & is thinner in metal than other buoys.
