I've had the dehydrator rack for a little over a week now. It is easy to use and works great. I am having fun experimenting with different dried foods. I've used it to make beef jerky, dried pineapple, dried mango, and dried sweet potato in my Ninja Foodi.

Works exactly as advertised. It takes a bit of practice to get the shelves in and out efficiently, but once you do, it's solid.

I think it would be fine for most purposes although it did seem like it was pretty flimsy which is why I returned it. Also there are too many cracks and crevices which would make cleaning very difficult.
