[Reminder: BOURGE CHEF MS175 CANNOT vacuum seal side gusset bags and embossed bags, but only itssealing function works on them. Please DON’T vacuum seal bags with side gusseted or surface embossed.]

YOU MAY HAVE THESE CONCERNS...
Q: Why my machine don’t vacuum but only seal the bag？
A: Please use the correct vacuum sealing bags! Bags of flat surface can be both vacuumed and sealed by MAGIC SEAL nozzle type sealers. MAGIC SEAL nozzle type sealers cannot vacuum side gusset bags and embossed bags, but only seal them. Please DO NOT vacuum seal bags with side gusseted or surface embossed.
We recommend you to use smooth/flat vacuum sealing bags to vacuum & seal your food items, which are specially designed and also more economical than most embossed vacuum sealing bags.
We recommend you to use flat bags with good strength if you are not using the vacuum sealing bags. Since the vacuum suction requires high strength of bags, please use bags with good strength for satisfactory vacuum sealing experiences.
Q: Why the air goes back into the bag when nozzle retracts？
A: Please use the correct vacuum sealing bags! MAGIC SEAL nozzle type sealers are NOT DESIGNED FOR EMBOSSED BAGS. Once the nozzle retracts from the embossed bag, air would goes back to the bag from air channels on embossed bags. Bags of flat surface, like smooth vacuum sealing bags, are strongly recommended.
Q: Why my machine cannot vacuum air at the bottom of the bag?
A: Please push your food items close to the nozzle tip when vacuuming, in case air in the bag gets stuck at the bottom. This condition usually happens with flat surface bags, and such pushing helps to vacuum throughout the bag.
