Answer: I freeze just about anything with this vacuum sealer machine. When it is time to heat the cooked food I sealed, I boil a large pot of water and heat it in the bag. A few times I've had to use the microwave after opening it but still worth it.

This machine has great suction power but I find it difficult to use the cutter as the power buttons are right there. I kept hitting them and the machine would keep turning on. Also, a couple items that I thought were sealed in fact still had air in them. Therefore I had to reseal them.
