Step 1 Put the food on kitchen scale and divide it into desired portions.180 Seconds Auto-off when no operation	Step 2 Press the clasps on both sides of the machine to open the upper cover, Put the end of bag into vacuum chamber.	Step 3 Close the lid and press the two ends with palms until you hear a "click"，Press Power switch to light on.	Step 4 Press the vac seal key to vacuum. This is the second one i own and i feel like everyone should have a food saver. This one is nice and compact. It is also easy to use for those of us too lazy to read instructions.

The product vacuums and seals fine at first glance, but after some time it loses vacuum. Works okay for sous viding on short cooks, but long ones will let water in, and majority of things I've sealed and frozen have ended up with a loss of vacuum and ultimately frost on the meat. Got what I paid for I guess, will go back to either a food saver, or start saving and get a Weston in a couple months.

It worked awesome! The part I missed was pressing down the top on both sides until I heard a click. Once I did that, it vacuum sealed like a dream! This product is awesome for the price and so simple to use. I used it to vacuum seal some freshly ground venison that I harvested this past fall. It's very powerful, as the stronger your vacuum sealer the fresher your food will stay. because it leaves less air in the bags, this machine powers through small wrinkles and specks of food or liquid near the opening instead of getting stuck. It has a powerful seal bar the chamber that heats up and seals off the plastic and that means it heats up faster, to quickly seal at maximum suction and it seals more consistently.

Received a close/sealed box wasn’t damaged, however the scale portion is broken. It won’t even turn on, after various email, we have not been able to get it fixed. Good sealer works well, just the scale not at all, which was one of the reasons we chose this one!
