Step 1 Put the food on kitchen scale and divide it into desired portions.180 Seconds Auto-off when no operation	Step 2 Press the clasps on both sides of the machine to open the upper cover, Put the end of bag into vacuum chamber.	Step 3 Close the lid and press the two ends with palms until you hear a "click"，Press Power switch to light on.	Step 4 Press the vac seal key to vacuum. It worked awesome! The part I missed was pressing down the top on both sides until I heard a click. Once I did that, it vacuum sealed like a dream! This product is awesome for the price and so simple to use. I used it to vacuum seal some freshly ground venison that I harvested this past fall. It's very powerful, as the stronger your vacuum sealer the fresher your food will stay. because it leaves less air in the bags, this machine powers through small wrinkles and specks of food or liquid near the opening instead of getting stuck. It has a powerful seal bar the chamber that heats up and seals off the plastic and that means it heats up faster, to quickly seal at maximum suction and it seals more consistently.
