jay : This product arrived dented and damaged.

When I opened the box the product was dented on the sides and also I had to buy a power box to covert from american ampage to NZ. When we started this machine it moved the metal part for the cup holder outward and then stopped working. This product is now useless for me. I want a refund or exchange this product for another machine
