C : Replacement parts hard to get/not available

I have this machine and it does an adequate job drying, but the coating on the racks comes off and the racks rust. It is impossible to get these replacement racks. The company has claimed they are on backorder for close to a year, but every time I call to check on them they push the date back 2-3 months, so I either dry on rusted racks (nope!) or buy a machine with stainless steel racks. In addition to the rack issue II have had to replace the control panel. The company used to be very reliable, but has been bought by P&G. It almost seems like they don't stand behind this product. I won't waste my money on this machine/company again.

Love, love, love! It holds lots of food. Had to get the sheets to place on the grates to prevent smaller pieces from falling through the grate. Cool light, too!

Sad to say it only fit 10 pounds of meat rather than 20 pounds as advertised. Other than that I am very happy with my purchase.
