Step 1:Put the food you want to store into the vacuum bag (for the coiled bag, please cut it into proper length, and seal one end of the bag first). | Step 2:Select vacuuming mode according to dry or wet states of foods. Really like this, we have been wanting a vacuum sealer for awhile now. Does better than I expected. Seems to provide a good amount of vacuum, compared to others that I have used. I love how compact the machine is. It doesn’t take up a lot of space. Now I could make bigger batches and freeze them for later, also we have been wanting to store meat in the freezer and zip lock bags just don't cut it. This is very easy to use. And it is easy to clean. The way the lid lifts off for cleaning is also a very nice feature. The size of the sealer made it easy to make room on my side board so it's out and ready at all times. Lightweight, and continually draws down a good vacuum. I would assume that at this point, I have bagged several thousand cuts with little or no issue. I love that the buttons are just touch sensitive. It's really super user friendly. I’ve used this for items that could easily be crushed and the gentle vacuum setting works very well. Once u have reached the vacuum u want, just touch the seal button and the machine stops vacuum process and seals the bag. Also, I like that they provide extra bags for use and it’s considerate and thoughtful. The sealer is also easy to operate and it doesn’t leave a mess in the kitchen. The sealer also works particularly with raw fish and meat. It keeps the food fresh. Suitable for family who buys in bulk. it’s a very useful investment and I highly recommend this one. Great for so many things!

Tried using it today, but it does not create any vacuum in the bags. It seals, but the vacuuming part isn't working. And judging by the fact that it doesn't make any sound at all when pressing the button, it's because it arrived with a broken motor.

I love this thing! I previously bought another sealer in this price range and it was broken out of the box so I was somewhat skeptical when I ordered this. I just received this vacuum sealer the other day and have started testing out. Luckily this thing is great.
I made a mayonnaise sauce with my Wancle sous vide(Also bought in this store) and sealed up all the ingredients (yolks, vinegar, water, butter) in a vacuum sealing bag before tossing it in the water bath to cook. This machine has a dry or moist food setting and a gentle or normal mode. Setting it to gentle and moist allowed me to seal without issues. Really wonderful. I think I’ll use this a lot for Sous Vide cooking.
Packing proteins/veggies is a breeze! I can eat steak every day now. I've got 10 portions ready to go. Cooking is also easy because I own a slow cooker.(Laugh)
Also, it comes with bags, a roll, costs less than others, and looks decent. And you will feel amazing with the well it vacuumed and the ease of using it.
But, You have to pay a lot of attention to detail!
1. Proper length: Put the food you want to store into the vacuum bag For the coiled bag, please cut it into proper length, and seal one end of the bag first.
2. To vacuum: the end of the bag MUST be placed within the "vacuum chamber" which is an inner groove or channel along the bottom. I missed this part and wasted time.
3. Close the top or lid of the sealer by: pressing hard on each outer corner ONE BY ONE so you can confirm that the locks "click". You really have to make sure you heard the click on BOTH sides or it won't work.
It works great once you get used to it! Hopefully it will keep working as well over time.
